This is my first time using Superior Collision services. I needed to have my antenna fin fixed on my truck. Ram Jr. attended to me very quickly as soon as I walked in the door. Ram went outside and looked at my vehicle and gave me good solid estimates ranging from top of the line expensive services to fix my issue all the way to the most economically viable option to fix my issue. I appreciate that Ram gave me several options to choose from. Most places just want to charge you and squeeze every penny out of you but these guys here just want to help you by providing you with affordable options that will cater to the customer's needs. If you have the money they will also cater to your high end needs as well. They're main goal is to gain a loyal clientele that will return back for other services based on making the customer happy by catering to their financial needs and excellent workmanship they provide. I was very satisfied with the job they did and how fast it was done. I will definitely return for future work on my other vehicles that require some auto body repair. Its a very straightforward process and they will message you via text to keep you informed on the progress being made

Awesome friendly kind people. I came in because someone hit my side mirror and popped it out on my sierra. Guys here at Superior fixed it free of charge and left it working perfectly again. Very attentive and fixed it super fast. Recommend them 100%

I took my truck there for repair after a semi-truck rear ended me. The fender and the bed of the truck had damage in which it was all shifted inward on the left side. The tailgate was closing fine and that was the damage that was done. We wanted for them to fix the bed of the truck and the bumper. Well when it was time to pick up the vehicle about a month later. The only thing was fixed was the bumper. Because according to the employee the damage to the bed of the truck was done by a previous accident that the vehicle had when we bought it. How is he going to tell me that this damage was done by a prior accident that I did not see because it was previous owner. The prior accident was on the right side and the damage from this accident was on the left side. Well upon picking up the truck the tailgate was not closing fully automatically like it was prior to me leaving the truck. The tailgate was not affected by the accident. Then the right-side rear-view mirror was loose. This vehicle is mostly used by my husband and he knows every dent and scratch that it has and we know for sure that the mirror was not loose. Highly recommend doing business with them , about 2 years ago I was crashed into my passenger front door and they fixed it and left it like new . My recent visit which was about 1month half ago was because I was crashed into my drivers side door once again they did an awesome job leaving it like new . Professional staff they will get you right .
