T/A and Petro repair shops are going down the drain in Quality and timely service. I booked a PM service on 9/3/26 in the AM and the preliminary time to do the work was 4 to 4:30 PM. I check with the Afternoon service writer about ETA to come in, twice I was told "WITHIN AND HOUR OR SO, THE SECOND TIME THE SAME" what is wrong with these outfits? If you need a tire repair they give you a RIDICULOUS TIME OF 8 HRS OR THE FOLLOWING MORNING. If it's a PM service (Lube , Oil and filters) is even worst. Mechanics treat you like this services are below their pay grade. Oh but, they act like they are extremely busy. And you look at their service bays ad they're all empty. THERE IS NO STAR REVIEW RATING TO GIVE THEM.!!!!

Worst TA I’ve been to!! Very very dirty!! Lazy lazy employees all of them literally all of them!! Every since employee glued I mean glued to their phone!! I’m repeating myself because I can’t emphasize it enough!! Every trash can was overflowing with trash inside and outside, restrooms super dirty stalls and sinks all falling apart, every wall/entrance doors super dirty hand paints stains everywhere you can tell nothing gets wiped down! Some many areas weren’t restocked like how is this place still running???! Wow Lerado Texas y’all really lazy for real!! 3 truck stops and not one was clean or upkept smh Texas really anit “blank” ghetto dirty state y’all need to do better!!!! Clean up after yourselves get off the phones!!!

Don't know where my old review went. Last time I spent 20+ hours in the bay. Today experience Aug 17. Was good, TA got new employees and extra employees, they work fast and very friendly. I replaced couple fuel filters, balanced and rotated steers. Got new air filters. And a used tire, also did a forced regen. Gera was the machenic, very friendly and efficient.

Very large, new, clean and powerful washer machines with a front loading doors of course! Why is it nice? Because only front loading washer machines could wash your clothes much cleaner than top loading washer machines!

🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️ Avoid the fuel desk at this TA if the older woman with significant hair loss/thinning hair is working. I witnessed her treat a Mexican driver with absolute contempt and a disgusting attitude just for speaking Spanish. To make it worse, the driver spoke English and heard every hateful word she whispered to her coworker the second his back was turned. It’s clear she has a deep-seated bias; as a white driver, she treated me 'normal,' which only proves her prejudice. Other drivers told me this isn't the first time and that local management consistently ignores these complaints. This woman is a massive liability to TA, especially in a hub like Laredo. The only saving grace here is the IHOP. The service there is professional, the food is great, and I truly wish they were open 24 hours. It’s a shame that such a hardworking restaurant team has to be associated with the toxic and racist environment at the fuel desk. TA Corporate: You need to address your Laredo staff immediately
