This place needs new management for sure really been waiting for the mechanic for over an hour come to two hours since they giving me a call there is no one showed him still waiting and went to front desk both ladies they were very very rude no customer service experience keep telling me mechanic will see your trailer next, I called at 12:30 pm and was told to come at 2 pm. I arrived at 2 pm, Its 7 pm and still no one bothered to check my truck. So 7 + hours and I have no idea when they will take a look at it and how long it will take to fix this issue. Damm sure they are getting paid hourly only. Called company to look for another place to get issue fixed and ban this place for our company.

Unbelievable, it took them 5 hours to put on one spare tire on my truck. These people have absolutely no idea of what it means to provide customer service, and they don’t care about you, your time, which was completely wasted. Time is money and they’ve wasted my time and money without any regrets. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. DON’T EVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE !!!

I contacted Loves yesterday for a tire service waited for hours before they showed up with the wrong equipment to change my tire, so I ended up here at the TA tire shop and got repaired straight away. I'd highly recommend this tire shop over Loves where your business isn't appreciated and you feel like your bothering and annoying them. They have the very worse customer service I've ever observed
