Terrible service — the worst of the worst. I arrived at 8:40 AM on Monday, February 9, 2026. I checked in with Cynthia at truck service for an oil change and waited there until 9:00 PM — I spent more than 12 hours waiting to be called. Tired of waiting and falling asleep several times, I finally had to leave. On top of that, there’s no parking — everything is narrow, dirty, and disorganized. Then they called me at 9:48 PM, followed by five consecutive calls at 4:43 AM — in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. I guess that’s when they remembered my reservation for a simple oil change. The worst of the worst. And to make things worse, the Popeyes restaurant there is overpriced. I will never go back there. I’ll get diesel at the Flying J across the street instead. This place is terrible

This is one of the nicer Truck stops I have been too. The truck stops itself is very clean inside with all of your trucking accessories, electronics, showers, repair shop, coffee options, WiFi and a nice lounging area with leather seats. There is a Arby's and Popeyes chicken in the same building. They do allow overnight parking but you must be in a camper or truck driver. There is a security guard 24 hours a day but it's a very safe place.

Alot of Reserved Parking for Trucks.Always full.Its cluster bomb others will cut you off fighting for the parking space you seen first or set up for.My biggest advice is come in on the scale /fuel island side unless you have a definite spot if you don't like the way it looks hit the scales and exit immediately or face being barricaded trying to back in on your side because theres trucks coming out of the fuel lane towards you its a nightmare unless your for sure u have that parking spot

MUST STOP REST STOP LOCATION WHEN NEEDING TO TAKE A BREAK OR JUST FOR EVERYDAY FOOD ETC.

Usually I Like this store a lot , always stop in the TA to rest and wait for another load , eat , relax, take a shower if I have time. BUT this time was absolutely different! I pay for a coffee, cashier ask me you wanna receipt I say no , with the card receipt I had enough, step out of the store , go to my truck , there is a change of cashiers and The Lady told the security (the guy sitting there just because with uniform next to the door paying attention to anyone). Came and talk to my husband saying I didn’t pay for the coffee , which I did ! Even I showed her the receipt ,she was very Rude and in a bad mood. The store is very packed and she was just worried about me trying to say I steal a coffee. No lady , not devil not today. KAYLA the cashier told me that she needs to charge for a refill . I paid the refill. But imagine , here tired and trying to relax and get this customer service making you feel like a thief. Store is dirty, the restrooms the same , the area where. You can relax is a total mess too.
