Well my experience on August 23rd wasn't so great. While going through the stall for my wash, midway I heard a loud noise and something hit my rear window. I looked through the rear view window and seen something falling off onto my trunk area. As my car proceeded through and I was able to exit, I pulled into the vacuum stall and got out of my car. I went to retrieve towels and spray bottles and upon returning to my car I noticed my rear spoiler was gone. I immediately went to the on-site office and reported it. The tech was able to go in the stall and get my spoiler that was torn off my car. This car was purchased in February of 2026 with only 38 miles, the spoiler was already assembled on my car at the time of purchase, and is a 2025 Nissan Altima. He filled out a claim form and said he would submit it. A couple of days later the manager called and asked me if I could come by so she could take a couple of photos that the previous tech failed to do. I've had a monthly membership here for the past 3 years. Over the last few months something has changed. The readers are frequently out, the line is always backed up. Its no longer quick and convenient. What should be a 5 minute carwash experience is now 15-20 minutes and sometimes you end up having to back out because they close because they cant get the readers to work.

Zy did such a great job on my car. She was super nice, easy to talk to. My car looked so much better when I got it back, and you can tell she actually cares about doing a good job. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Zy. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to detail. My car came out spotless inside and out, with a shine that looked brand new. They were quick, efficient, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. I really appreciated how clean they left everything, even the small hard-to-reach areas. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had, and I’ll be coming back again. A shout out to David who helped with choosing the best deal.

I love this carwash the amount of material they use and the staff is lovely helpful always there to help . I liked it so much that I bought membership for a year 😆 my kids love it too
