Purchased an amazing RV from here back in August. However I never received a title or registration for it. Called and stopped by a few times to ask for the status of these documents and was only told "we'll call you back." I still do not have a title or registration to this day and I travel out of state for work which makes it difficult to handle the situation. Can't take the rv anywhere either since I do not have the propper documentation

Update: so this has been ongoing, but we've been trying to cancel the warranty on our RV and it's been a terrible experience, almost scam-like FYI. When we signed and in the paperwork, it said we could cancel whenever, but it's been a wotk in progress since JANUARY. The person who does finances has been unresponsive and the dealer didn't respond until I did a poor review. I changed it because I thought we were done in March, but it's May and the issue is still NOT resolved. Again, I will change this once it's officially resolved. We had the greatest experience with the sales personnel. They helped us out and showed us what we needed and everything went well. They honestly made us feel like family the entire time. We had our two young children with us and they were patient with them and had toys and games for them to play while we did the paperwork. We drove in from out of town and they made sure we could drive away with our new RV on the same day. I recommend buying an RV from them. It was truly a great experience.

Nothing but fantastic things to say about the customer service displayed here. I had many questions I had no idea what I was looking at with my RV cords and plugs. Whitney Was so patient and knowledgeable I was able to figure out exactly what was needed. Lots of places sell these plugs, but I will be back specifically for the care I was given. Thank you WHITNEY and Harley Davidson RV y’all are awesome

I had a GREAT experience with The Ranch RV! I spoke with several trailer service companies and was told no problem drop it off and we will work you in to the schedule should be sometime next week. Derek told me bring it by today and we will get it done! I dropped the trailer off the following day and was called four hours later and told you are done come pick it up. Whitley had the guys bring it out front and made sure it was securely connected to the truck and Thanked me for the business. The service, price, and total experience was awesome! I would highly recommend The Ranch RV for any of your needs. Thanks Floyd Williams

The Ranch really took care of the entire process with ease. From walking into the lot to delivery and set up. JT, Brad, Fuzzy and Andy were all great to work with real laid back and never pressured. They helped with all the essential items and it was truly a turn key purchase.
