I got the top of the line wash and it scratched the crap out of my car! When I was drying it off I noticed all kinds of marks that weren’t there before. Left all kinds of marks on my car! I wish I had taken Pictures beforehand, but I had no clue this was going to scratch up my car the way it did since it was advertised as the highest quality and is more expensive than everyone else in town. I’m pissed! Don’t waste your time and money. I will be contacting the manager but I’m not hopefull they’ll actually fix the situation cuz my car’s paint is gonna need a whole lot of work!

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE WASHED HERE I recently took in my truck to get washed and when i came out my hood was scratched from the top of the hood to the top of the roof. The manager looked at my truck and said “it couldn’t have been their brushes because no one else came out with scratches” they also said that me having to leave right after to go to a meeting across town wasn’t going to help my case. As I told him and as I told their claims team just because I have things to do doesn’t mean the damage didn’t come from their inability to inspect their brushes and equipment. The manager makai was great and tried his best to help but I feel the “help” didn’t really do much. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash and the results were evident. If you want your car taken care of take it somewhere else because they do not care what happens to your car

I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The staff was really friendly and made everything quick and easy. My car came out super clean and you can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. I want to thank Sophia Mosley for taking care of me—she made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fast, reliable car wash!

I came here after a friend recommended it, especially since I had a bad experience at another car wash and was a little nervous to try somewhere new. Sophia helped me figure out the best plan for my car and made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. She also made sure to remove all the bugs and really took her time with the details. My car came out looking amazing! Definitely glad I gave this place a chance, highly recommend asking for Sophia!

I went to have my car washed and I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name Sophia. Sophia was very knowledgeable and had a nice beautiful big smile and made me feel welcomed and greeted me as soon as I pulled up. Sophia’s customer service is top notch the best I have ever received at any carwash she goes above and beyond for the customers and made me feel important and was friendly from beginning to end and always kept that beautiful smile she has. I told Sophia I wanted my carwash to be touchless and I received exactly that. Sophia is a great listener, hard worker and all around a very nice respectful young lady. I definitely will be back and will recommend Sophia to my friends and co workers. Sophia is definitely a 10/10.
