I have had the membership for three months now and I have really enjoyed this carwash. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to smile and wave. Josh and Riley always check me in and I feel they go the extra mile. Thank you!

Went in for my first wash after a road trip. The vacuums were solid and the wash was fine, but found that the blow dryers were too much. It blew a safety sensor into the body of my car, which I reported to the operator at the wash menu. He told me that this wasn’t the first time this had happened and reported it to their claims department. The claims department came back and said that they were not at fault due to the age/mileage of my car. They were not aware that I just had to have my bumper and sensors replaced due to highway debris, but they didn’t ask anything, just said it wasn’t their problem. Do not advise using their services.

Always provides a fantastic wash, everyone is very attentive. I would argue that it gives the best shine for a drive through car wash. Highly recommend! And Ryleigh always has a smile on her face and very helpful!

I had an excellent experience at the car wash thanks to Bri and Tanaya! They were both extremely professional, friendly, and hardworking from start to finish. They paid close attention to every detail and made sure my car looked spotless inside and out. Their positive attitudes and dedication really stood out. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing great customer service. My car looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Bri and Tanaya truly went above and beyond — I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back! 🚗✨

The car wash is excellent . Courteous , good job . I would like to give 5 stars however I have a issue. I've tried calling multiple times to cancel my membership, I had an emergency and cannot afford it. Tried to fill out the form Online , however the OAKMONT location in fort Worth is not listed. This is why I generally do not sign up for these types of things If you ever need to cancel or a question no answers. Then the little pop up that ask can they help , that doesn't work. Then I have to go thru the hassle of canceling the card on file. Instead of editing this review I'll update. I was able to contact a "Tidal Wave" . Membership cancelled. The person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and immediately cancelled. Thank your for your personal Best
