Hi , I had an appointment at 10AM to get my windows of my 2016 Dodge Dart tinted. I come back 5 hours later to be very please with the tint on my windows. As I get inside to leave the tint shop I noticed my rear view mirror cover is missing because I seen my wires exposed. So I politely get out and ask the “tinter” or owner of business where is the cover for my rear view mirror and he says he never removed it or seen it and that it could’ve fell on the floor of the car. So we look in the car to find nothing and he goes on to say that I must’ve had my car detailed and the detailer broke it but he didn’t know this was a recently purchased car less than a week ago from an AutoNation dealership that passed a 125-point inspection test which I also still have photos of the car from just buying it and shows the cover but he didn’t know he was the first person to do anything to that car. I don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism of this man lying and not being honest. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was accidental and I would’ve fix it on my own time. Lying and misleading the customer isn’t cool , so I’m going to put in grievances through the right channel for these awful practices of not be

After the kids tore down our headliner in our Volvo XC 90 Tint Masters was the absolute best price in town. When he was done the headliner looked better than Brand New! Good customer service all around!

If I could rate negative five stars I would. I trusted the owner of this business to make my car like brand new when he returned the car to me instead the car is still damaged and the owner Derrick refuses to complete the job. I have filed a complaint with BBB, tomorrow I will file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Services and the the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Then I have no choice but to sue him. I am a foreign student with no financial means and I depend on my car in order to get safely to school Please please do not do business with Tintmaster's, Derrick,in my opinion, is not an honorable, ethical man. Write me if you need more information
