We’ve been coming here for years whenever we get a new car. No problems, right? Well, today was a different story. We had our first appointment of the day at 9:00 AM, but as soon as we arrived, we were greeted with an empty lot. No cars, no wait time. It’s been three hours now, and they still haven’t moved our car. They’re busy working on a Mercedes that arrived after we got here that has our car blocked in. It’s frustrating that we’re still sitting here The fast service happens when the lady who works here is present .. if you have somewhere to be check your options if not come on the weekends when the guys are here They could’ve at least took 20$ off that service but hey we won’t be back so it’s win win

Mike did a good job. Fast service great customer service, good price. I'd definitely come back for future tinting needs.

I called to get a quote over the phone the lady asked me the make model and year of my truck then asked me if the rear window was a slider and I responded yes she gave me a price and a time to show up, I drove 30mins from Riverside and when I arrived she said I lied about how many windows my truck had yet that was never a question plus why would you ask me all the info on my truck if your not going to do the research for the quote? It's a shame because I have actually gotten two other vehicles done here a few years back and at the time it was a great shop. 👎

Had an appointment for today at 12:00 I showed up at 11:45 talk to the guy filled out the paperwork he said it'd be 2 hours before he could get to my truck I said fine I'll get a ride. two and a half hours go by I called to find out what happened with my truck they responded saying that they hadn't even gotten to it yet and offered me a discount I said fine how long will it take she said another 2 hours I couldn't wait 4 hours to get my Windows tinted so I ended up picking up my truck. I've used this place before never had an issue I referred friends before that have gotten their windows tinted there never had an issue until today I'm a small business owner myself and I would never do this to a customer you should be able to keep that appointment or have constant communication with your customer.
