I just had the tinting (ceramic) done today. So it remains to be seen what my total experience will be. However, if the customer service and the apparent quality of the work is any indication, I will be greatly pleased. The Xpel product is top-notch and the work looks great.

Took my new Model Y Performance to Tint world for tint, full body PPF and ceramic coat. I wanted to protect my vehicle as I have never done so with past vehicles and it became labor intensive to keep past vehicles looking their best with paint touch ups and waxing multiple times a year. I feel confident that this level of protection will provide me years of appearance protection and the car came out perfect !
