What a bad experience…They promise “lifetime warranty” that basically doesn’t exist. They advertise a brand but when they did the tint job, they used a different one… So many bubbles , scratches and imperfections. Wasted money using them and now I gotta pay another shop to remove their tint and apply a new one…Tried to contact them multiple times with no response

If you’re considering doing your tints with this company, save yourself the headache and loss of money. We did my wife’s car and my car and both our back windows look like the picture attached. My car worse than hers. I’ve contacted them several times and have spoken to two different people and still no resolution. They ignore my calls, my text messages, or even my plea to just have it resolved. It’s gotten to the point that we don’t even care anymore, but don’t want anyone else to go through this nor do we want you to have to chase them around to get something fixed. Shame on us for trusting them to do the right thing.

Initially their customer service was really great. When they were selling me on their service they were super responsive. I ordered their top of the line nano ceramic tint and they came out and mobile installed it. They told me that their work was guaranteed, but after I paid and bubbles popped up in the passenger’s side window right after the install, they refused to come back out to fix the issue and stopped returning my calls and messages. I even offered to let them tint the Tesla I just bought if they’d just come back and fix the job they messed up. No response at all. I never leave bad reviews that can potentially damage someone’s business, but this was just egregious and disrespectful. They not only did bad work, but issued a fake guarantee to get the sale done and then refused to fix their poor craftsmanship. Buyer beware.

I had an appointment set up for Saturday the 9th. I contacted them to see if I could come in today instead and they got me in right away. They were quick to respond and so very polite on the phone. The tint job looks great! I would highly recommend them for your car tinting needs.

Had a great experience with this place. They did an exceptional job on my window tints and followed up to make sure everything was good. There’s also a nice little waiting area that really helped pass the time with my kids while my car is being done. Highly recommend these guys.
