Why advertise prices you don’t abide by? Been there and their attention to detail is above average but the cost is honestly predatory. (Paid over $500 for a service I deemed necessary in October). My sister took my car in and requested the managers special for a decent cleaning but they use pet hair as an excuse to charge hundreds of dollars more than other competitor’s prices out there. Then they say they don’t strictly abide by the prices on their menu?! Seeing their negative reviews on here be gaslit with the ignorant “we don’t have record of your service” makes sense as to how they’ll be willing to dismiss you as a paying customer that ultimately is risking overpaying hundreds of dollars there.

I had a great experience at Top Shine Car Wash & Automotive. The team here really takes pride in their work. My car came out looking spotless—inside and out—and the attention to detail was obvious. The staff was friendly, professional, and clear about the services and pricing, which I appreciated. What stood out most was how efficient they were without cutting corners. The wash, interior cleaning, and finishing touches all looked excellent. It’s clear they care about doing the job right. If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality work, fair prices, and great customer service, Top Shine is definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back.

They did an amazing detail on my son’s BMW. It was shipped from St. Croix on a cargo boat. During its transport, the seats accumulated mold, and the engine rust. This was all due to the sea water. They were able to bring it back to tip top shape. They even did a little extra that they didn’t have to do. The owner, Mike and his staff were very easy to work with. Mike gets straight to the point of what your car needs. I’m a customer for life.

Mike went above and beyond with the care he put into detailing my car. He created a customized detailing package and paid attention to details that truly mattered to me. He treated my floor mats so they wouldn’t become a slip hazard for my 84-year-old mother when getting in and out of the vehicle, and he made sure the dashboard and rubber seals were protected from the intense I mean INTENSE South Texas heat. While my car isn’t brand new, it’s new to me, and I wanted to invest in protecting the paint, dashboard, seals, and overall condition of the vehicle. When I buy a car, I plan to keep it for a long time, so I greatly appreciate the extra care, expertise, and attention Mike put into helping me preserve it. Highly recommend!

I took my vehicle here this morning. I couldn't be More satisfied with the job they did. Employees were excellent and professional. They knew what they were doing. I even met the owner, thanks Mike for your hospitality. I'm definitely a repeat customer.
