Touchless Car Wash

I had a very frustrating experience with this touchless car wash. I paid for the wash at the machine and waited for the car in front of me to finish. They took a little longer at the dryer, so I waited until they exited before pulling in. When I entered the wash, however, the system did not start at all. I parked and went inside to explain what happened and told the staff that my card had already been charged. Instead of helping, issuing a refund, or providing another wash code, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to pay again. That is really poor customer service. If the machine or system isn’t working properly, there should either be a clear notice on the machine or an attendant available to resolve situations like this. A customer who has already paid shouldn’t be expected to pay twice because the equipment failed. Very disappointed by the careless handling of the situation. The wash may be automated, but customer service shouldn’t be.

Really the only Touchless carwash I could find in the Tri City area… It does the job but there are still dead bugs and debris left on the car. Maybe it takes a couple of tries to get it completely cleaned. I got the rainbow wash for $14

worst car wash - no matter weather you bought $10/14/16 car wash, it cannot even remove simple dust on your car let alone other spots. this happened to me multiple times and not going there anymore. Pictures indicates how much dirt I still have even after the wash

Today, I opted for a car wash at a particular establishment, selecting their complete car wash package for $16. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite paying for the full service, only half of the promised features were functional. The undercarriage wash failed to initiate, and instead of targeting the vehicle, the overhead washer sprayed water aimlessly. Additionally, the rainbow washer, meant to add a vibrant touch, remained dormant throughout the cycle. Upon raising my concerns with an employee named Sujit, I was met with indifference and assured that everything was in order, despite clear evidence to the contrary. In summary, if you enjoy throwing money away, this car wash is for you.

I just had touch less car wash for my Tesla. I purchased highest package cost $14 but when I check afterwords, it was not able to clear out any dusts. I tried to call but no one picked up the call. I did wash on 4/15 at 3:30 pm. Worst experience of any car wash. Suggest don’t use this location.

Bought the highest tier car wash and it started great…it then had me leave with soap ALL over the car. The rinse cycle did not happen. Apparently the machine “broke” right when I came in. Either bad luck or a constant issue with this car wash system according to the attendant. Had to go home and rinse it off at home. Waste of time and money unfortunately.
