I had an SUV that needed washing after a few days at Burning Man. This place has a car wash that apparently specializes it. On the phone they quoted me $400 depending on size and time needed. When I arrived it was $650 for the main package, I was told it was the same price for SUVs and larger vans. They could not articulate what was in the special wash (not vinegar) but seemed to be familiar enough with playa dust. I paid $750 total because the engine is another $100 extra. They finished on time (~2.5 hours). When I arrived the car looked solid but there were a lot of details missed, e.g. the gasoline pump hatch was filled with water, obvious small patches of dust. My technician (wish I got her name!) patiently attended to all of the things I pointed out. I spent another 20-30 minutes there going through the missed spots. There was still obvious dust on the undercarriage and tires but at that point they were closing and I had to go. When I got home I spent another chunk of time cleaning. I’m fairly satisfied overall. The service was solid and efficient, but it was really expensive. While it was perhaps worth the convenience, maybe it would have been more worth it to go elsewhere

I came in with a car 🚗 rather dirty after 1 week of road trip and 3+ months without interior cleaning. It was almost spotless inside and super clean 👌 outside when they were done after 25 minutes.

I gave this place a few chances, but unfortunately the service is far from good. One time, I asked if they could remove a sticker my child had put on the back window — carefully, of course. Instead, someone tried removing it with a pocket knife or another sharp object and damaged my protective window film. After ruining it, they told me I needed to find a specialist. Today was the final straw: I paid an overpriced $150 for an interior detailing service where most of the details were missed. I can’t recommend this car wash anymore.

Charging $100+ for what was advertised as a “detail” is difficult to justify based on the results. The quality of the work did not meet expectations, and the vehicle showed little noticeable improvement afterward. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail and overall service. Unfortunately, the experience felt overpriced for the quality received, and I would not recommend this service to others seeking a professional vehicle detail.

Paid $100 for interior detailing and this was honestly a terrible experience. The job was very poorly done there’s still visible dirt, crumbs, and dust on the seats and floor. It barely looks like anything was actually detailed. What makes it worse is I even tipped $20 thinking they did a good job but I didn’t check closely before leaving that’s on me. After seeing it properlyI feel completely ripped off. For $120 total, I expected a deep clean, not a rushed and incomplete job. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. First and last time coming here.
