Do not take your car here. I brought my vehicle in for a car wash and left with a cracked windshield. When my keys were returned, no one mentioned any damage. I only noticed the crack as I was driving out of the lot. I immediately turned around and spoke with staff before even leaving the property. Their response was that there had been a pre-existing chip and that the temperature difference between the water and the heat caused it to spread into a crack. However, they provided no evidence to support that claim. If they were aware of a chip beforehand, it should have been documented and disclosed. The crack is now approximately three feet long, and the business took no responsibility whatsoever. Instead, I was told to file a claim with my insurance company because they would not be liable for the damage. What is most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the lack of transparency and accountability. A business that values its customers should at least investigate the issue and make an effort to resolve it. Instead, I was left with an expensive repair and no assistance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

I don’t say this lightly—Town & Country Hand Car Wash is on another level. There’s a difference between people who just wash cars and people who take real pride in their work… this team does it right. The attention to detail is elite. My car looked and felt brand new inside and out. You can feel the standard they operate at. No shortcuts, just quality. If you care about your car and want it done right, this is the place. I’ll be back and sending people their way.

Love this car wash! Cars are hand washed so you don't have to worry about scratches. The guys always do a fantastic job cleaning my car. Prices are very reasonable.

I come out of my way to get my car washed here! They do a really good job every single time and my car always leaves looking fantastic. The employees are friendly and take good care of your car. I've been to hand wash places that have left scratches or weird residues on my car, and it's really frustrating.... I've never had any problem here. They have a nice outdoor seating area and there's a good coffee shop right across the street too that I like to hit up if it's a busier day. Always look forward to getting my car washed here, it's always a pleasant and relaxing experience :)

Great place and great staff. I also love their prices, they have a great variety'of prices for your budget. The team is really friendly and did a great job washing the exterior and especially interior of my car. I'm so happy they have a few people (not just over) doing the cleaning. They really made sure my car's inside and outside wash clear, love them!!
