I’ve been to True Customs twice now with two different cars, and both experiences have been outstanding. I worked closely with Peter, who has been nothing but extremely helpful and personable throughout. You can tell the entire staff genuinely wants to do the absolute best for you and your car. They did an incredible job on my body kit and paint, and also updated my family’s older 4Runner with the latest security system and head unit. The quality of the work is truly amazing. True Customs is now my go-to shop for any car-related work. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience owner is really nice, price is very reasonable, work ethic is amazing and got it done in. A reasonable time. Made my car look way better definitely will be coming back for more work

This place is amazing. They fully revived my car for half the price of anywhere else. Abel is very communicative and keeps it real throughout the whole process. They constantly reached out when fixing it to ensure I was in the loop and sent many pictures along the way. Highly recommend!!

Took my new Camaro in for tints and bumper/side skirt installs. Peter was extremely helpful on the phone with a quote, and they got the work done very fast, faster than the time they quoted me. I’m very happy with the results and the customer service. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I will continue doing business with these guys.

I am updating my review to include my original experience and to respond to the owner’s recent comments, because several things said publicly are not accurate. ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE: We brought our vehicle to True Customs and paid thousands of dollars in repairs — $3,500 to Abel and another $700 to Robert — expecting the issues to be properly diagnosed and fixed. Despite this, the car continued having problems immediately after the repairs. Each time we returned, we were told the problem was “new” or “unrelated,” even though the issues were the same ones we originally came in for. We were also told that everything came with a warranty, but when we went back because the same issues continued, the warranty was not honored. Instead, we were expected to pay even more money. A proper diagnostic should have been done before taking our money, and a warranty should be respected when the repairs don’t hold. RESPONSE TO OWNER’S COMMENT: In the owner’s reply, several things were misrepresented. For example, the list of services they claimed they performed does not match our receipts or the work we were actually charged for. We have proof of what we paid for, and it is not what was publicly s
