I set up my appt online and the process was seamless with all the options laid out very clearly. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and actual timing to get the tint done was pretty quick! One of my fav features is their open concept layout where you can watch your car being tinted in front of you. There's AC too! They have a table set up where I was able to sit down and work from my laptop while waiting, plus with a great set up with music, tv snacks coffee and water. I ended up having some great convos with the employees while the car was being worked on and was given some awesome recs on how to customize the car more. They also made sure after care instructions were crystal clear before I left. I will def bring our other car here soon to get tint on that one. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top notch quality and services!

I’ve used Ultimate Window Tinting several times since 2020, and they continue to earn my business. Their work looks great, but what stands out most is how they treat their customers. As with any business, things do not always go perfectly. What matters is how a company responds when an issue comes up. These guys communicate honestly, take responsibility, and do what they can to make things right. They have consistently stood behind their work and NEVER made me feel like I was being given the runaround. That level of integrity and customer service is why I trust them and continue coming back. Excellent experience getting residential window films installed. Tonya came by and gave us the information and a quote and then got us a very quick installation date. Joe came and did a beautiful job and then completely cleaned up after himself! The reduced temperature was noticeable within hours!

Fantastic! Had the front door and garage panel windows done. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I had scheduling was easy and quick and the price was very reasonable love the privacy. It provides while letting light in and the warranty helps in case anything pops up. Definitely would recommend everyone and will use them in the future for any additional tinting needs.
