I opted for a $34 car wash and paid $43—leaving a tip in the hope that they would do a thorough job—but instead received the absolute worst service. The rims were still dirty, and they didn't even open the trunk; the sand inside was left exactly as it was. It was an abysmal job for $43. I do not recommend it!

Just picked up my Volkswagen atlas after supposedly getting clambered to get the soot off the finish. They charged me $230 and lied about it and tried to get me to pay $200 more to really do it. I drove it home and already had a clamber kit in the car and did it myself in 20 min and it’s smooth as can be. Beware!

I had an amazing experience today! I brought my Santa Fe in for a full detail and they did an incredible job. Honestly, the car hadn’t been washed since we bought it 10 months ago, and after trips to Orlando plus having a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, it was really bad inside. I was almost embarrassed bringing it in. The team was super kind and professional about it, clearly explained the pricing upfront (which was very fair), and when they finished the car looked like new. I couldn’t believe the transformation. Big kudos to the team today for the amazing work. I was already familiar with the place because my mother-in-law brings her car here, and now I completely see why. Highly recommend!

If you would like to be verbally abused by the owner, then by all means, this is the spot for you!! I mean, look at all of the negative reviews and look at the way that he’s speaking to these paying customers! That’s exactly how he will speak to you in person too!! They do not wash your car with soap, Even though it claims on the menu that they do, nor do they dry your car!! However, they don’t tell you this until after you’re already unhappy with the service telling you oh well you should’ve paid for a higher one… scammers!! RUN Response to owner: Congratulations!! You just proved my point!! Perhaps some anger management would do you some good. Or maybe from now on they just need to keep you in the back because it seems like everyone in the reviews, agree that you are the problem

Disappointed with my experience here. I got a shine car wash to clean the outside and inside. My car was pretty dirty tho I had emptied out all of the trash (except for under the front seats). I knew it wouldn’t be perfect but expected a decently vacuumed and cleaned car. Did not get that though. Seemed like they had barely cleaned it. I complained to the owner as trash had been left on the floor of the backseat and it seemed like it had barely been vacuumed. He told me my car was a lost cause and needed to be detailed and he told his employees to stop working on my car. I asked why he didn’t tell me before working on it or even during the process but he couldn’t answer that. I continued to try to express my dissatisfaction and he held up his hands and said I’m done, please drive away. So that’s what I did. Would highly recommend going to another car wash! Updated after the business’ response: Thank you for showing your unprofessionalism. Kind of strange to add a personal attack when I only focused on the service. I’m definitely not a rude person so not sure where that accusation came from. I was pretty nice and polite to everyone there and just expressed my disappointment at
