We would not stay at this RV park again. First of all the roads are one lane wide. We were given site 32. When we arrived our site was occupied. I had to call the number on the door because know one was in the office. The lady said to take the empty site next to 32. We pulled into the site and were just hooking up the electric for a one night stay. The 50 amp plug is installed upside down with a metal piece above the plug kept my surge protector from plugging in. So I adapted it down and used the 30 amp plug. Lady next door who I think lived in the park told me that the RV that is in our original site had the same problem and the lady in the office told them to move to the next site. Went to leave the next morning and had to ask a lady to move her car so we could make the sharp corner getting out. Seen 2 pit bulls running loose. Move on down the road.

I’ve lived here for two years and i’ve never had any issues. Staff is super welcoming and sweet. Neighbors are nice and courteous. Red (the owner) is super sweet and has always been helpful!

Water is terrible I got sick from drinking it(light brown greenish color) and it goes out every two or three days, often due to the main breaking so prepare to have your lot flooded with no knowledge of what is actually in it! Shower areas have bad smell and cockroaches near pool area. If I could give less stars , I would. Management could care less about you and just demand money. Stay away from this place find a KOA or accredited place.

The water situation here is due to an old system that is being addressed asap. Those complaining aren't paying rent and living off of others. If you don't like it here leave. We aren't forcing you to be here. Those of us WHO PAY RENT know to keep our water tanks full.This is a self contained park not a mobile home park. Again if you don't like it here your welcomed to leave.

Manager does a great job. The park has been around for a long time and had and will continue to go through upgrades. The newest upgrade being a well. This park is made for self sufficient trailers. Not trailer houses. Proper knowledge on keeping your rv self sufficient should be required before pulling into and renting a spot in any park. With the new well the old lines will sometimes be damaged if pipes cant hold the new water pressure, (makes for a great shower) things like this happens but week people should be filling their tanks to prepare for things like this. To be clear problems like this are fixed in reasonable time at this park. It may be an inconvenience but its also not the managers job to dig a hole and fix it before you get home from work. Above their pay grade, im sure. The location is perfect, pool, showers, laundry matt. There are however entitled people everywhere and not everyone will or can be satisfied. Most of the bad comments I recognize cant pay rent or live with their mom. Management has worked hard to keep the park clean and free of people who have no respect for their neighbors or anyone t In the park.
