Whenever I have trouble finding a replacement part for my RV, V&V Bros is my first call. They’ve helped me track down parts that are difficult to identify or nearly impossible to find elsewhere. What I appreciate most is how friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful they are. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you get the right part. Their customer service is outstanding, and they’ve earned my trust over the years. Thank you, V&V Bros, for always being there when I need help. I truly appreciate everything you do for the RV community.

V&V repaired the light switch in our van without having to take invasive measures. They managed to pull the paneling out from the rivet nuts to replace the switch. Then, put it all back together again perfectly! They also pulled out the King wifi antenna and cell booster antenna that never really worked. They installed WeBoost and put the cell antenna inside the wall behind the paneling. One less piece of van equipment to have to move around.

I am fully satisfied with the results of repair work and ungrade. They installed new leveling jacks, 360 self recording-4k back up cameras, step, water pump, and sheep leather seat covers. I genuinely love all these things and work perfectly with better quality and look.

Vilma&Victor are the best family-owned RV care center in my experience. In fact, Team V&V outdo any of the big camping world outfits who really don't really care about customer satisfaction nor the quality of their service, IMHO. We are so lucky to have V&V as a great local RV service center. They can do it all; from solar systems to crash repairs, plumbing to towing set-ups. Excellent.

This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I had two major accidents as well as some major mold damage and they took care of me as if I was family and repaired my camper like it was as good as new in a very timely manner. They were attentive to my needs, communicated well, and I truly know they had my best interests at heart. The insurance wanted to total my camper and they adjusted their rates to prevent it from happening. They repaired it beautifully and in a timely manner as they knew I was living out of it. It had damage to three panels and needed a complete rebuild of the right back corner. They repaired it good as new! Unfortunately a few months later I hit a tree at night that was extending three feet into the road and I didn't see it as it was night time. They repaired it again beautifully, when a lot of places wouldn't have touched it as it was the curved part of the roof and the damage was extending into the interior. I'm so glad they fixed it because they once again saved my home. They helped me install my Starlink and minor repairs and upgrades, listening to my needs and desires perfectly. They advocated for me with my insurance when I filed ex
