So I called to get a part from this place and they told me that yes they can get the part at first when they thought that I was going to have them put it in for me but as soon as I told him that I needed to I was going to do it myself they no longer could help me I needed to call somebody else on Monday either way they could have made money on the part but instead of it making them some money they'd rather just turn it away and not even deal with it I don't know to me that's something that I wouldn't even want touching my RV because you're all about making yourself some money not about helping your customers no customer service only Business Service they wanted to service their pockets with money that's all that matters not what you want working on your RV something that you trust and love is somebody that you can trust and rely on not somebody that you can guarantee they want to get the most money for their book

I had called to get some minor repairs done on my RV that I thought could be done within the hour. They charged $150 for the trip fee and $200 an hour which seemed standard. I asked for a drawer catch to be fixed, a fridge to be stabilized, some rattling in the windows, and my controller to be replaced. They ended up fixing nothing in the hour and still charged $345. They said they could come back to fix everything but they had left the country and by then I was able to find another RV tech that could fix everything for $200. I called to ask for at least a 1 hour refund but they couldn't even refund that.

My assistant found this company online and I took the chance in trying them out. My refrigerator, water heater and heat pump all went out simultaneously and they helped get it all back in working order. They helped with my extended warranty company and made certain that the services were covered. I highly recommend their service technicians because they are knowledgeable and reliable. Thank you so much for helping me. Now I know who to call and recommend to others. I already recommended them to my close friend. Vianna in the office was a great help in making it all happen. Great and fast service! Lost 120V power on my Class B van. ViaRV got me scheduled in a week and was able to diagnose and replace my inverter! Peter was easy and great to work with. They'll be my new go to mobile RV service!

My RV refrigerator started to malfunction last Summer, and then we took it to a dealer to fix it; 3 weeks later we brought it back and found it was still not working properly. Later however we found this company on Google and called them, and next day they sent a technician, Peter, to my house to check it. To my surprise he fixed the problem in two hours. We like their mobile service, which is very convenient to us. The technician Peter is not only experienced and well trained, but also friendly and patient, and their charge was quite reasonable.
