My previous one star review got deleted. I feel it my duty to report this “5 “ star company Trying to make it quick. I had a soft floor and decided to use victory RV due to the fact that he told me he could do aluminum welding and fix the floor as it needed to be done. Long story short, After our first conversation after we picked up the RV with Scott, he said that we should not expect that the floor would be the same. This was never explained to us as we were going to resell the RV with a solid floor. We’re stuck with it. The RV was left Filthy, while doing the work, a slide was removed and everything was left out in the open instead of Being protected, it was in a barn type setting with no front. Shower was caulked in without being cleaned and has to be Completely recaulked, Gross looking Trim pieces were left off and not replaced Undetermined leak still there soft spot came back. Was quoted one price and it increased by 50% more and still not done properly These are just the highlights We have confronted Scott on many occasions to get at least the trim replaced. We keep getting told we’ll get to it. It has been over six months with no restitution. We are now being igno

It’s a long story, but basically when parts of our repair failed after a few months, Scott told my husband that he would “make it right.” We were told a part we were waiting on had come in, so as soon as we were able (we are talking weeks, not months) we loaded up our 5th wheel to take it in for the warranty work. Imagine our surprise and dismay when we found an empty shop, no signage, and phones suddenly disconnected that had been working days before. No response from any of the phone numbers or emails we have access to or can find. We full time RV and this is worse than simply inconvenient and expensive. Obviously I wouldn’t recommend Victory Road RV Repair, if they even still exist. Scott Thompson is/was the owner and if you find him running another RV repair shop, buyer beware. A warranty is no good if the shop disappears overnight. This is like something out of a nightmare. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I will be posting this warning on every available avenue.

Victory Road RV Repair replaced the entire roof of my 24' travel trailer due to a malfunction on a small part of the previous roof. This repair was a warranty claim and there was not a second of hesitation on how to address this claim. Scott said to bring the trailer in ASAP and they would address the issue. They replaced the entire roof at no charge! You can tell a lot about the character of an organization by how they address a warranty claims. Victory Road RV Repair certainly passed the warranty claim test for sure. My trailer looks great, and I look forward to using my travel trailer again. They also checked all the wheel bearings and added grease to them as well as servicing my A/C unit. Excellent service! I would definitely recommend Victory Road RV for anyone who needs RV repair or service.

I went to Victory Road for needed repairs on my RV. They had been recommended by my RV insurance company. They were able to see me quickly, were very friendly, and did great repairs. I honestly think my RV has never been better, even when I bought it new! I had garage floor repairs, sliding door repairs, and had a beaver roof put on. I will definitely go back if I need additional repairs or modifications.

Scott is truly amazing. You will not find another who is more informed, experienced, honest, trustworthy, or helpful in my opinion. Scott has been working on my RVs for more than a decade. I value his opinion on service, road side assistance, parts, paint, and new purchases. He has never steered me wrong on any occasion and has saved me thousands of dollars on repairs, maintenace, purchases, and accessories. Not to mention the countless times he got me back on the road or back to my vacation with instructions over the phone. You don't have enough stars to truly rate Scott Thompson.
