I understand that checking receipts is part of the job, and I have no problem showing mine. What I do have a problem with is how I was treated. I was carrying two pineapples and a heavy watermelon when the employee at the door abruptly stopped me to see my Walmart Pay receipt. I had to set everything down just to pull it up on my phone. If Walmart is going to offer Walmart Pay, why make customers feel like criminals for using it? It defeats the purpose of having a convenient payment option if you're going to be treated with suspicion at the exit. I'm traveling and camping, so I may have looked a little rough today, but that shouldn't affect how I'm treated. I'm also currently sitting in this store's parking lot waiting for a $380 Walmart pickup order, so I'm clearly a paying customer. I completely understand employees have policies to follow, but there's a big difference between enforcing a policy and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, that respect was missing today.

Today we were helped by a gentleman named John in the electronics department. He helped us with a tv and all the information we needed he also went out of his way got a push cart and helped us load a futon into the car without any hesitation. We actually didn’t even ask him to help us with the futon he offered. He has been working at Walmart for only 3 months and is a very knowledgeable employee. He helped us 3 different departments! Thank you so much for all your help!

I get that theft is an issue but to lock up 19 isles in electronics behind glass is excessive. There was only one employee working in the whole department and she seamed annoyed. When she finally came to assist me, her phone would not open the cage so we had to wait for another employee to come. I wanted to look at two different walkie talkies to compare to see which one works for me, but she was not having that, other people were also waiting. Than she made me pay for my item in that department. I had other purchases but she would not ring those up so I could just have one transaction. This is not the first time, they also have their liquor locked up. I was the third in line for help. No one came after 15 minutes, I left my cart where it was and walked out of the store. Walmart was supposed to be a one stop shop. But when you can't shop why go there. If you're going to lock everything up and require all your customers to need assistance from an understaffed store, you may save money from theft, but your losing money on sales The place was clean, some employee with a broken are was trying really hard to mop.

The Anderson Walmart Supercenter is easily a five-star store. It’s consistently clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, which makes shopping quick and hassle-free every time I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to point you in the right direction or answer questions without hesitation. Checkout is efficient, and even during busy times, things seem to move along smoothly. What really stands out is the convenience—you can find just about everything you need in one trip, from groceries to household items and more. It saves time and makes life a lot easier. Overall, this location does a great job of maintaining high standards and providing a positive shopping experience. Definitely one of the better Walmart stores around. Highly recommend.

This Walmart is actually pretty good. One of the cleanest and organized I've ever seen. The staff are helpful. And it didn't take long for a staff to come help get something out of the glass case which was refreshing because the one in Redding, nobody ever comes, you literally have to track down an employee with a key which is annoying because they ignore the call buttons there, it was nice to have someone show up.
