I’ve been coming to this laundromat regularly, and I want to start by saying that the establishment itself is great. It’s clean, the machines work well, the atmosphere is pleasant, and I’ve had positive interactions with other customers who have been friendly and helpful. Those are the reasons I continue coming back. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with one staff member, who I believe said she was the manager and whose name I believe is Gavie. On two separate occasions, including my most recent visit, I approached the front desk for assistance with an issue I was having with one of the machines. Instead of receiving help, I felt ignored while standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. When I was finally able to ask for assistance, she responded with an attitude and simply directed me to someone else instead of trying to help. I also asked for her name so I could reference the interaction, but she refused to provide it, even while stating that she was the manager. That was disappointing because customer service should be a priority, especially for someone in a leadership position. I’m not writing this to get anyone in trouble. I simply hope manageme

We tried 4 other laundromats in the area. Some were closed when they said they would be open. Others were not feeling very clean or well taken care of, so in our 5th try we were very pleased with this Wash Around the Clock on Thorpe rd. It was busy (always a good sign!) but there were still plenty of machines available. The staff were helpful and friendly and working on the machines and being available for customers. Overall highly satisfied with the laundromat! Great experience!

Your employee Gavie is very rude and disrespectful to your customers. She took a swing at me with a bag because I attempted to take a photo. I asked her name and she refused, so i wanted a photo to document the situation and identify the correct employee

We recently visited the Pensacola St location around 8:20pm and unfortunately weren’t able to wash, as we were told the last wash was at 8:30. We completely understand policies, but the interaction didn’t feel very welcoming. We decided to drive over to the Tharpe St location, and the experience there was a night-and-day difference. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was very clean and well-lit, and all of the machines were in great working condition. We also really appreciated the availability of plenty of roller carts, which made everything much easier. We’ll definitely be returning to the Tharpe St location going forward.

I do not recommend for anyone that isn't local. Their system requires you to use their card system and doesn't take cash or credit directly. Seems like it is purposely designed to take your money. You are charged 2 dollars for the card but it takes it out of your balance. So if you add the exact amount you need to do laundry, you will be stuck being 2 dollars short. Then, they require a minimum of 10 dollars to put more money on the card. So now you are stuck paying 8 dollars to get 2 dollars on the card to finish your laundry. The real issue is you can't take money off your account. I was essentially charged an 10 dollar premium to do laundry here (8 dollars for minimum and 2 for the card) If you are local this might not be an issue but for those that aren't it will likely end up being a very expensive trip to do laundry Edit: I appreciate the response from the business but there seems to be a misunderstanding. I think 1 star is appropriate. I didn't receive what I paid for. I paid 26 dollars to do 16 dollars worth of laundry due to how your card system works.
