Not accurate service provided. I'm Unl Super Elite subscription customer. Went for car wash on Tuesday noon and the wash process is like the basic wash service even without triple foam. The guy control the car wash supposed to put a mark on the window so that the guys work at drying station will do the tire wax, which they didn't. Don't know why the automatic system doesn't match the vehicle with their proper service.

I’ve been coming here for years and I have three cars on my account that I paid for monthly the last time I was here the service employee was sending cars through the car wash too fast, which caused the car behind me to hit me as I was exiting the car wash to get my card dried I was told that this would be escalated to Corporate and we would have a resolution and no one has reached out. I’ve gone up there to talk to the manager and he’s not been there so I’m hoping that someone can do something to help.

PLEASE make sure any valuables are out of your car before getting a detail. I accidentally left a crucifix necklace in my car in a pouch and after the detail it was gone. When I asked to speak to someone they told me to call corporate. Corporate is an ai boy answering machine it’s been over a week and no one has contacted me. I have called several times.

I have been going to wash guys for a long time but recently they changed some rules and prices for the interior. I was standing near my vehicle when I mentioned its not completely clean on the outside. The person working does not speak English well and rudely asked me to stay away from the area because its only for “ employees”. I have my belongings outside and I cant just leave my car to them and sit inside. Why should I trust such rude staff anyway? Earlier this was not the process and I was satisfied. This time it was not acceptable and the customer service was horrible. I asked for the manager and the staff who was widening his eyes at me was looking very threatening. He said he was manager. I said I need a refund and someone else assisted me and she said “ you cant complain because I am giving you a refund”. I said I can very well do that. She gave me a refund, happy about that but I have left this review due to the unprofessional and threatening nature of the male employee there. Never going to washguys again!

I have been going to this carwash for 7-8 years. The wash tunnel is as good as any other wash. I like their vacuum which is powerful. The price has kept increasing. Had the $25 wash done 2 months ago and it included 7 day wash insurance. Today, I was told that only the $29 wash has the 7 day wash insurance.
