Carlos is honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met. He has outstanding people skills and makes every customer feel welcome from the moment they arrive. He is funny and a pleasure to be around. His friendly personality, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills create a great experience every time I visit. He listens to customers, answers questions in a way that is easy to understand and always goes above and beyond to make sure people leave satisfied. Which I have. Every time. Whistle Express is fortunate to have someone like Carlos.

Car came out shiny, plenty of free amenities available, including vacuums, APC & glass cleaner bottles, towels and mat cleaners. Polite staff, they care about quality and came out to survey me about my experience, amazing staff recommend coming down and getting their exceptional promotion. I purchased a membership during their grand opening promotion, so I get 50% off on my subscription for life, and I am a customer who currently has 5 cars on my plan. To sum it all up, the entire process was quick and efficient and I came out with a clean vehicle; Scott and Justin checked up on me in the lot to ensure my car was nicely polished and Whistle clean.

Took my wife’s car to get cleaned.Their app wasn’t working so manager Timothy gave us a complimentary wash. We did the basic wash but car came out shiny and squeaky clean, they also include towels and spray bottle with apc, window cleaner etc. to get the final details while you vacuum. Staff is very friendly Scott came out and greeted us. Highly recommend.

***UPDATE*** I hope they never change their car wash solutions and wash products because it makes my car so slick the usual grime that accumulates on my hatch just doesn't stick anymore. I've gone a week between washes and the rear still looks great! I am so, so happy with this place- it's really been a joy to work with them. ***UPDATE*** Today I went into the new Cape Coral location on Cape Coral Pkwy and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The manager on duty, Kyle, was very helpful in figuring out my membership and was quick to come up with a solution to my concerns. The on duty attendant, Regina, was impressively friendly and personable. I really felt impressed with the equipment also- some other washes leave soap and don't dry as effectively as this business does. I hardly had to dry anything! The available towels and cleaners available at each vacuum station are also a nice touch. All in all I am very happy with the level of service I received and look forward to using them in the future. This wash is the best I've found and I really recommend you check it out.
