Love this car wash! My 2022 Dodge looks spotless after every visit. The wash itself is excellent, but what really keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service. If you ever have an issue, I highly recommend reaching out to Noah, the site manager. He does an amazing job, is quick to address any concerns, and makes sure everything is taken care of as soon as he’s aware of it. I also want to give a shoutout to Devin! He’s always friendly, professional, and does a fantastic job every time I’m there. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for great service and an even better wash!

The only reason I stopped here was because of the $5 coupon for the premium wash. At that price, it was worth giving it a shot. But there’s absolutely no way I’d pay the regular $29. My car came out decent, not $29 decent. I’m also not interested in signing up for another monthly membership, so this was always going to be a one-time visit. Now for the real disappointment: the vacuums. Let’s be honest, half the reason people stop at a car wash is to use the free vacuums afterward. Unfortunately, these things have about as much suction as a drinking straw with a hole in it. I’ve been in this vacuum stall long enough to watch my second sunset. Somehow, every pass over the floorboards made it feel like the dirt was multiplying instead of disappearing. If you’re charging premium prices, the vacuums should actually be able to pick up dirt. Until they fix them, I can’t recommend this place.

Had a great experience overall, very friendly staff, especially Jakob. He was very polite whenever I would ask questions. Count me as a regular!

Great experience overall. The staff are kind, professional, and helpful. I chose this car wash mainly because of the convenience of having two locations in Denton, but their customer service is what really won me over. I signed up for the top-tier wash, which offers a great range of benefits, and the $10 first-month deal made it an easy decision. I’d definitely recommend them.
