I had to take a moment to recognize Ryan for the exceptional customer service he provided at Whistle Express Car Wash. Since moving back to Florida on June 1, I signed up for a membership here, and every interaction has been great but Ryan truly stood out. When I arrived today (Father’s Day), he was running the entire operation by himself, assisting customers, guiding vehicles into the wash, answering questions, helping with memberships, and making sure everyone was taken care of. Despite being a one-man show, he never seemed overwhelmed or frustrated. Instead, he remained professional, friendly, efficient, and attentive to every customer. It’s not easy managing so many responsibilities at once, but Ryan does it with excellence. His work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service are exactly what every business hopes to have in an employee. Whistle Express is fortunate to have someone like him representing their brand. Thank you, Ryan, for going above and beyond. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Whistle Express Car Wash thanks to Demetri. He was extremely helpful, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. What really stood out to me was seeing him go above and beyond—not only helping me, but also taking the time to assist other customers with detailing their cars and making sure everyone was taken care of. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience much better. Employees like Demetri are a huge asset to the company. Keep up the great work!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service here. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping resolve my situation. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled properly. Love this car wash. The staff is always helpful and have a positive energy. Dimitrus and Ryan are the best. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good car wash in Tallahassee!
