Ive used this buisness several times in the past and had 0 issues. Today I had an issue with one of their shampoo brushes, I called the number on the maintenance door on the wash building, and a gentalman answered almost immediately. I told him what my issue was, he offered me a refund (4 dollars) and told me he had another carpet brush next to the one I was using. I moved over and that one worked great as usual. Before I could finish cleaning, another gentalman walked up to me and gave me a refund and investigated the issue i had and had it fixed before I could leave. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and speedy response to what most would consider a very small issue not worth fussing over. Thank you Gentalman and I will now be using only this buisness in the future.

Great experience! Easy convenient location and has the necessities I needed for a car wash and detailing my car. Affordable options and not one of those car washes that charges because they can. Family owned as well. Friendly owner and nice to shop locally. I also had a unique experience where my dog got stuck in the car and the owner went out of his way to provide me what I needed to clean up the mess fast and effectively. Highly recommend!

One stall has a hose busted and soaks you in soap, another doesn’t scan your card to rinse off the problem. Place needs maintenance, thought new owner was egar to fix the third world issues with this substandard car wash. Recommend not wasting your money and time at this place Go elsewhere!

Great carwash, the machines work great. Anytime I don’t wanna wash at home I’ll come here and wash it real quick. I went today and one of the bays didn’t have any soap so I called them just to let them know. Immediately the guy offered my money back and gave me a free car wash. The service was great, and I highly recommend going here!

Sam, it was great to meet you last Saturday. Thank you for coming to help me after overhearing my little rant. I have only ever used coins at a car wash and was completely at a loss on the process of how cards are charged and I'll admit after you explained it to me it still took me a minute to process. Thank you for patience and congratulations on your new business venture, if you continue to handle issues as well as you handled mine I have no doubt your car wash will be a success. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a self serve car wash to give Wildcat Wash a try.
