I chose Window Tint USA because they are a 3M Prestige Elite Certified Dealer and paid over $800 expecting premium quality. Instead, it has been nothing but frustration. The 3M warranty e-mail I was promised within 24 hours after paying on July 7 still hasn’t been sent months later, despite multiple follow-ups and repeated promises that it would be. During installation, the technician burned the trim on my brand new car with a heat gun by ignoring 3M protocol, forcing me to spend $80 out of pocket to replace the part. The owner was completely unapologetic and refused reimbursement, brushing me off with “Come on, man.” The tint itself also has visible flaws, completely unacceptable for a high-priced job. This shop charges luxury prices but delivers sloppy workmanship, dismissive customer service, and no warranty. Do not trust them. 3M Case # 53681776

these guys are great, I really needed my side windows done for a trip that I’m making tomorrow, and they moved a bunch of things around and got it done this morning. Excellent application, and very fair price.

10/10 recommend them. Absolutely stellar work and customer service. I am so happy I found them (via 3M website) — I had never had such a great experience getting tints. I really appreciate their upfront pricing, and they are very knowledgeable about the products and will give you all the info you need to decide exactly what will fit your needs. After seeing just how good of a job they did with it, I decided to do a PPF for the whole front of the car. They are very responsive and get the work done well and promptly.

7/2023 Just got my new Tesla M3 Performance tinted by Window Tint USA. They did an excellent job using 3M Crystalline 40 all around. They had great prices and I highly recommend them. Update 2/2024 Just got a 2024 Tesla Model Y. Called Jim and got the 3M Crystalline 40 all around. Left the car w Daniel and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Jim at Window Tint USA made sure the tint I chose would look fantastic on my car. I called asking for the most expensive product they sell, but he ended up selling me a product a little less expensive that he thought would end up looking a lot better and perform similarly. I'm very glad I deferred to his expert judgment as my new truck looks great and keeps the South Florida heat out!
