A couple of weeks ago I was at the car wash and the lady in front of me put $7 cash in the machine and the door wouldn't open we tried to find someone to help with no luck. Today I went thinking it was fixed but the door didn't open I tried to call the phone number and it's no longer in service. Something is going on and needs to be addressed ASAP

It's harder and harder to find self-service car washes and this one is very nice. The owner is very responsive to any issues. Someone had damaged the spray wand, making it fall apart when I tried using it. So I basically lost the money I had already inserted. Not wanting the next customer to have the same issue I found the contact info and let the owner know. He responded to my email almost instantly and credited me what I had spent and thanked me for letting him know. You know things like this happen, beyond his control, but he made it right. I will be back again and again.

I like the car wash but why the machine says an amount completely different to my bank account. The machine said $3.00 and my bank statement shows $10.00 charge

This place was the worst, went for a touch free car wash. Pulled in, it soaped half the car then stopped working. Told me to move forward, then told me stop, then it stopped working, garage door closed and locked me in. Had to get out of my car to hit the emergency button to open the garage door. Tried to call the number provided and the numbers been disconnected would not recommend! Also don't bother with the BP gas station car wash right next door also a nightmare.

New Owner, 4 years ago. You have to press the green-lit button to start the water flow. You have to press the red-lit button to stop the water flow and the cost/price will stop then too. Do I want to spend money washing my car? Yesssss, if the car is going to get cleaned, and it will get cleaned here. The other places short you on the soap, which that's wasteful to the customer on multiple levels. The stall doors close and the stall is heated. The pre-soap option has a trace of soap in it, which is and I've never seen that at any hand spray car wash before. The amount of good soap that comes out of the sprayer is impressive and again I've never seen this anywhere else before. The soap doesn't have an bad perfume odor like some other places do. I'm very, very happy with this place and I travel from out of town to go here, especially when my own town has a place I could use, if it was any good. Thank you!
