This car wash provides great service and a very convenient experience. The employees were respectful, organized, and made sure the process went smoothly. My car looked excellent after the wash, and I was impressed with the attention given to both the exterior and interior. It is clear that the team works hard, especially during busy times. i’m writing to challenge your policy of upcharging a Tesla Model Y as an “SUV.” the surcharge isn’t justified by the interior space you actually have to vacuum and wipe down, and the numbers make that clear. first, here are the Model Y’s own interior figures from Tesla and independent reviewers: • passenger volume: about 106 cubic feet (car and driver).  • cargo space: 33.5 cubic feet with the second row up; 74.8 cubic feet maximum with seats folded (tesla owner’s manual).  now compare that to some sedans you routinely classify at the lower “car” price even though they have more interior cabin space to clean: • Lincoln Town Car — passenger volume 108.7 cubic feet; trunk 21.0 cubic feet. that’s larger cabin space than a Model Y.  • BMW 7 Series — passenger volume 112 cubic feet; trunk 19.1 cubic feet. again, more cabin volume than a Model Y.  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class — passenger volume 120 cubic feet; trunk 13 cubic feet. this sedan’s passenger space substantially exceeds a Model Y.  for reference, even a very roomy modern sedan like the Toyota Avalon offers roughly 103 cubic feet of passenger space and 16.1 cubic feet of trunk, putting it in the same ballpark as the Mod

I purchased a membership and everytime I get A wash on my vehicle i always have the best service. They are very attentive to details and always have a great customer service. I had a highly disappointing and concerning experience at Xclusive Auto Spa at Westfield Century City. I specifically requested the $100 Luxe wash for my vehicle. The employee offered to “upgrade” me to the $150 wash for $125, which I declined. Despite that, I was later sent a payment link for $125 without explanation. When I returned to ask why, I was told that SUVs are automatically charged $125 — something that was never disclosed at the time of service. The wash, which was quoted to take an hour, was nearly finished in under 10 minutes, raising questions about whether the service was rushed or misrepresented. When I picked up my car, I was charged a total of $133 — $33 more than the amount I agreed to — and noticed a visible scratch on the hood of my vehicle. When I pointed it out immediately, I was told there was “nothing they could do,” that it was “not their problem,” and they refused to file a claim. I informed them that their own posted policy requires damage claims to be made before leaving the premises, which I did — and I documented the entire interaction on video. + 5 stars for the interior detail - 1 star for residual clay bar marks/scuffs/residue - 2 stars for gaslighting me I tried Xclusive Auto Spa today while doing some Holiday shopping at Westfield Century City. I found the location (in the Westfield parking garage) pretty convenient and reasonably priced for a wash/interior clean. The manager was friendly and without pressure upsold me on a package that included a clay bar wax and a full interior detail ($275) since it has been 3 years since I waxed my Jeep. It was ready for pickup in time as promised (1 hour). When walking up to pick up my vehicle, it was sparkling but I immediately noticed what looked like 4 large scuff marks on the hood. I pointed them out to the manager thinking they were just residual marks from the clay bar not being buffed out thoroughly. I was told these were in fact scratches, not clay marks and that it was "the first thing (he) noticed when I pulled up". I was skeptical since I had never noticed these before, but since I really couldn't prove it (and haven't studied the hood of my car lately), I accepted what I thought was a professional's word, but drove away feeling a little uncertain and gaslit.
