Got the windshield protection film installed at XPEL Dallas last year and noticed a week ago that it turned somewhat hazy so I brought my car to their Dallas office and let them know. Justin was very courteous and polite, told me this was covered under their warranty and so the replacement was done free of charge. He also informed me that they came up with a new and improved version of the windshield protection film that doesn't turn hazy even after several months of usage. I highly recommend this store.

Do NOT go here for window tint. I bought a new Tesla Model Y and Tesla recommended taking the car here for window tinting. Xpel did a horrible job with tint. The sunroof tint was cut uneven and to short showing the line where tint stopped. Also front windshield had smears between glass and tint, side windows had dirt and white bubble throughout. Also when I picked up my car it was a mess. A brand new car with drip marks on seats and door panels. There were strips/remnants of tint material stuck to floor rugs. I immediately called the store and spoke to Justin who wanted me to bring it back in. I had absolutely no confidence in this place to do my windows again. I asked for a refund and was refunded my money. ***Update on my post- since my review posted I was contacted by Justin. He was apologetic about my experience/results and offered to pay for the removal of the XPEL tint and new tint I had done by another provider. I was sent a check for reimbursement a couple weeks later. Greatly appreciated, thank you.

Completed a full-body stealth wrap on my new 2027 Telluride, along with windshield film and interior protection, and the results are incredible. There were a few minor issues during the process, but Justin and his team handled them immediately and made everything right without hesitation. The customer service was outstanding, and the Telluride looks absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with XPEL Dallas and wanted to leave a well-deserved review. Huge thanks to the entire crew, and especially Justin, Tanner, and Augustine, for taking care of my 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC63 S AMG Coupe in Cirrus Magno Silver. They completed a full PPF wrap using Stealth, while applying gloss film to the gloss black trim pieces and door jambs, which really made everything stand out. On top of that, they tinted all windows—including the windshield—with XR Plus and installed windshield protection film. The end result is exactly what I was looking for: bold, aggressive, and fully protected. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and professionalism. They went over the vehicle thoroughly with me, explaining exactly what was protected and making sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Throughout the process, I received consistent updates, and even when I added a few last-minute requests, they handled everything without hesitation. Another big plus—they arranged for my vehicle to be transported in an enclosed trailer through a company they work with, which gave me peace of mind knowing my brand-new car wouldn’t be exposed to any ri

The XPel Dallas team was outstanding and professional. The work was impeccable and very detailed. I would highly recommend. Justin went above and beyond maintaining exceptional communications a.d coordination with transport. Would definitely use the dallas team again in the future.
