I waste my 20$ they didn’t touch my mats and they were saying we going to clean the interior mats vacuum and outside but I am not happy with them the interior was also dirty they just clean a bit to looks better

Charged me $35 for a wash and vacuum. They did a very poor job and I had to go back and ask them to vacuum but still could not get them to do it properly (see photos). Also, they told me their wash machine wasn’t working but I still gave my car as they said they’d do a hand wash. Should have left and gone somewhere else. Never going backhere again.

I came here for a car wash and got whatever the highest bundle was available. I asked the guy that was taking my keys if they also do leather conditioning and if he’s like me to remove my kid’s car seat . I assume he didn’t really speak English considering he kept telling me to talk to the manager. I went inside to wait for the manage. Eventually, the manager arrives asking what I needed. I asked him the same question. He says yes, but it cannot be done today as they close at 6 and it takes roughly 2 hours. I completely was understanding of that. He told me to come back tomorrow. I asked him if he’d like me to remove the car seat myself. He rudely tells me they don’t remove it. I ask my question again asking if he’d like me to take my car seat out. Then answers yes. I’ve never been asked to pay immediately before my car even going through the wash so it kind of raised a red flag for me, but I paid. As they were done, I inspected my car. It looked barely clean. There was still dirt on the bottom edge of my car and SO MANY SCRATCHES on my car. I mentioned my scratches to the guy that called me about my car being done. He didn’t even look like he cared. I haven’t come here in over 10

First visit, but definitely not the last! The customer service and end results were impeccable. The vehicles that I brought in were filthy, not dirty, but extremely filthy. They had multiple, well priced options of which I picked the super clean package at $59.99 for SUV'S/Trucks. It took them about an hour each and the results were exceptional to say the least. The place was busy from the minute I stepped in the door until I left, but the service never wavered and all customers I saw left with a smile. Definitely recommend this to all you folks who want your car to be shiny and bright like the day you bought it. Please do make sure you ask and understand what each package consists of. That way you can pick and choose what you want done to your vehicle. For example, my significant other doesn't like Armor-All on the dashboard of her vehicle. They were understanding and made sure that every customer was completely satisfied. Check em out and make your own decisions.
