I wanted to be as detailed as possible with my review…I would give more 100 stars if I could I recently had the pleasure of using ZipMobile Car Detailing in Pasadena, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. As a parent with a van full of kids who often leave snacks and spill food, my car was in desperate need of a deep clean. ZipMobile exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked the appointment online, everything was smooth and easy. The website is user-friendly, and scheduling was a breeze. They were able to fit me in quickly, which was a huge plus. When the team arrived, they were professional and friendly, immediately making me feel at ease. They listened to all my concerns and assured me they would take care of everything. And they did just that. Every nook and cranny of my van was meticulously cleaned. They managed to get rid of stains and crumbs that I thought were there forever. The car now looks and smells amazing – like new! What really stood out to me was the customer service. Throughout the process, they made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. They paid attention to all my concerns and ensured the car was returned in perfect condition.

Zip Mobile Car Detailing was a wonderful experience for us. My car was in dire need of attention and the team (Chris x 2) assigned to the task nailed it! The customer service agent, Eric was also very accommodating with efficient and supportive communication when I made my appointment (which was the same day). I can’t recommend this business enough!

I was blown away by the service provided by Zip mobile car detailing service! Booking was so easy and the team showed up right on time. They did an amazing job detailing my car and it was incredibly convenient to have them come to me in Pasadena. Highly recommend!
