Great for car wash. NO ON OIL CHANGE! They stripped the threads on my oil plug and pan. Accidents happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again for the next change. THEY STRIPPED THEM AGAIN!

I’ve been coming to this car wash weekly for both my car and my wife’s car, and this was honestly the first time I’ve had a really bad experience. I paid for the ultimate wash package, but the interior was barely cleaned. There were still crumbs all over the floors and seats, and the dash clearly wasn’t wiped down. It honestly looked like they just moved my belongings onto the seat and skipped cleaning those areas altogether. I went back inside politely and explained the issue to the front desk. She asked if I could get it redone the same day, but I explained I had to get back to work and only had a short window to stop by. I told her I could come back another day if needed. I even asked her to come look at the car herself so she could see what I was talking about. She called the manager over. The disappointing part was the manager never even stepped outside to inspect the vehicle. Instead, he immediately asked, “When do you want to come back?” While I was trying to figure out my schedule and think of a day that worked, he rudely interrupted me and said, “I can’t give you a week,” before I had even given him a date. I really liked the first couple of times I came to this car wash. This past Saturday I went get my car washed, it was very busy, so I knew it would be a minute wait, but when my car sat for 30 minutes sitting in the sun after it was washed. I began to get upset, water spots were drying on my car. I watched as they started wiping my car down after sitting there for so long, and then about half done, they started on the car behind mine. I went inside to complain, was told they were working on my car now. I should have asked to have my car rewashed, but that would have been even longer. I got home to find the wash job was horrible, water spots, not very clean windows. I have had people recommend the car wash, but not sure I will be back or even recommend the car wash. Being busy is no excuse for not doing a good job, that's what we pay good money for. I did tip the person, because I know some rely on tips for income. Sorry for the long rant, but my car is brand new, and now I have to find a better car wash. And pay to have my car rewashed.

If I could give zero Stars definitely would do that. The service here has went down. They probably don't care that they're losing a customer that's been coming for years. Apparently the car washing detail and oil do not talk to each other whatsoever I was explicitly asked if I wanted my car washed with the oil change. I said yes knowing and understanding that it would just be exterior. They asked if I wanted to pay extra 15 to have the interior done. I replied yes It is hot. We've spent quite a bit of time here and just we're ready to leave when they let me know that my car was done and when I approached my car I could see the inside had not been cleaned and when I explained that I had asked to have the insight done and I was willing to pay for it. They just told me that the two entities don't communicate very well all the time. So just forgot to charge me and acted as if I should just say okay and leave. Why would I spend all this time to get my oil change chair specifically unless I didn't want to get my car washed and detailed Of it all. I came here today, but they're closed maybe because it's raining today? Oct 8,2023 On the weekends they're busy. They have oil change service with a free wash. It's nice to see your car becomes fresh after it get washed. When it's busy, they don't dry it properly. Halloween car wash 10/30/2025 It's quite fun, especially if you bring your kids. It's a long line to get in. They charge $10/car. You drive your car inside the car wash in a neutral but be prepared :) they do a quick wipe to dry the car.
