Pretty disappointed in my recent experience - they pretty much just rinse the car ie let the water runneth over versus using any sort of elbow grease. After the car wash, I was able to remove very visible spots within a few minutes. A drive through car wash would have been more effective than what I received.

$60 plus tip for a basic SUV wash and it still had spots on the inside and a strange film on my signal. This was a brand new car and the first time I washed it and I had to go home and immediately scrape off the film.

Honest Review from a Loyal Customer I’ve been coming to this car wash for a long time — ever since the original owner. They were always polite, professional, and did absolutely amazing work. Even after the new owner took over, I stayed loyal because of the quality of their job. But today really pissed me off. They have a big sign that says “$50 Regular Wash.” That’s what I always get. Every time I come, there’s this one guy — Hispanic, kind of a big build — super polite, always charges me what’s posted: $50. No problem at all. Then there’s this other guy, I think he’s the new owner — long curly hair, always wears a hat — and every time it’s him, he charges me $60 instead of $50. I let it slide before because their team does a great job, but today was the last straw. When I pulled up, I parked at the entrance and started getting ready. He was in front of me waving me forward, but his attitude was just plain rude — like he didn’t even want me there. That already ticked me off. Then when he came to my window, I told him I wanted the regular $50 wash, and he goes, “Oh, it’s actually $60.” I told him, “Last time I was here, the guy charged me $50. If it’s $60, you should change yo

I came to Lux on Sunday.. very friendly staff , great environment. I had my 94 caprice tinted and I know it takes a long time due to it being an older car, so I’m cool with time not a bother, let the artist work.. however after almost 3 hours it looked Really bad. The back wasn’t done right and cut bad.I figured it would set but hasn’t. I got some pics I’ll see if I can post

Leaving this review in hopes that the owners see it and honor the warranty on the work of their wraps. I paid $300 to have the roof of my Lucid Air wrapped with a Pillar Delete. Their quotes were a little higher than other wrap companies but they are literally down the street so I went with them. They got the wrap done in a few hours in 3M Gloss Black, not the best quality but should hold up for a year or two before needing to be replaced. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they had not properly wrapped the roof and had left exposed seams. I brought this up and said that it would let water in and that the roof rail needs to be slid out with the wrap trucked underneath to accommodate for shrinkage (I watched a few wrap videos before I decided to wrap my car lol). The owner told me they "couldn't get the roof rail off" and they worked around but it should be fine and if there are any issues they will warranty their work - whatever that meant. I told him I need some invoice or paperwork to show I got the work done and was told a register receipt is all that's needed if I have any issues. After a couple months later, the wrap has shrunk.
