In town visiting from Georgia and my SUV needed a wash bad. Saw this place and decided to give it a try. It was quick and easy and the staff seemed nice. They vacs and towels for you to use also. I will say in my opinion they have the best dryers I've had seen so far. This will be my go to place for the next wash if I need one when I'm here. It's a few miles further then the one by place I stay at but worth it.

Adrian was great from the start. Was polite and courteous when I pulled into the lane. A landscaping crew was working nearby and he apologized for having to talk over them. He explained the savings involved with going to a monthly plan if I am in the area to take advantage of the plan. He did not pressure me to join as he just explained the benefits. After my wash, he came over to explain the amenities of the vacuums, spray, and towels to be used. Always had a smile which is a major plus for me. The wash was on par and the car looked great after going thru. One happy customer! I highly recommend! UPDATE -I went thru again yesterday and then went to run errands. A guy parked next to me said, “That’s a nice car. What year is it?” I said “It’s a 2017.” He responded, “Seriously??? Looks REALLY good.” I said, “Thank you, just ran it through AquaShine.” Hope he heard me as we WAS walking away. I tried! 😁

When this location first opened, the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, after the change in management and staff, the quality of customer service has declined dramatically. This is now, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. On July 8, 2026, I brought my vehicle in for a quick wash after picking it up from a body shop where it had accumulated a significant amount of shop dust. Before my vehicle was loaded onto the wash track, I specifically asked the employee assisting me to retract the front brushes because my vehicle has an aftermarket front lip that could easily be damaged. He acknowledged my request but failed to retract the brushes. After my vehicle exited the wash, I immediately discovered that my front lip had been damaged. In addition, the rear passenger-side bumper had paint torn off that was not damaged prior to entering the wash. I brought these issues directly to the manager’s attention expecting a professional investigation and respectful conversation. Instead, I was met with immediate denial. Rather than inspecting the damage or listening to my concerns, the manager repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and insisted the

Aqua shine Car wash is amazing! We always have great service there and the people are very friendly. Eden did an amazing job helping us remove some stains on the bottom sides of our car. We are grateful to have the membership as you can’t beat that in town. Best price is around. Love Aqua shine express!

Ryan and Justin were both AMAZING! Was on the fence looking for a new car wash and Ryan and Justin both were incredibly accommodating, they both walked me through the packages for membership along with explaining the cost. I was even offered to go through the tunnel for free to see how I liked the wash customer service Is top-tier here.
