Not off to a good start..I pulled in for my first time at 6:50 to find out everything was not only closed by blocked off. Ok, couple things..online it says 7pm but your in person sign says 8pm so that's not accurate. Then, even if it is 7pm things shouldnt be shut down without a person in sight 10min prior so much so that when I pull my car in I can't even pull out of your very large lot. Are you expecting people to back out onto harbor city?? Not cool. That was not happening so i just pulled in between the 2 tall posts which meant I drove over one of your cones and dragged it some. There's no need for that though. Give the public a way to pull out (after close) once they've pulled that far up. You're too close to such a busy road for someone to pull back and use that one way drive way. It's 7:04 now and still not a soul in sight so your workers just left early. Nice. Also, isn't the lowest price $8? Why does the sign say $7? These are little inaccuracies that would go a long way and helps me understand why the reviews were so meeh to bad. Maybe I'll try another day or maybe not..

Great customer service, amazing deals, always helpful staff, and clean good operating procedures. My car has never been scratched and I have been taking all of my cars here since 2022.

We bought a membership to get unlimited washes. The kids get a kick out of riding through the car wash tunnel, and since we’re beachside, it’s essential to keep the salt off. Very affordable if you’re a member. Also nice that you can pull out and turn right into the self-detail stalls.

I have been a member here for at least 10 years and it has changed hands a few times. The only time I can go is after work around 6. They are open till 7 however there is no lights and it is hard to see what you are doing. Fine in the summer when it stays lighter longer. My main reason for this review however is how bad it has gotten there. They use to have towels out for you to use now they keep them in the back and to get anyone’s attention is really hard. The last 2 times I have gone they have already put the buckets to prewash away and Tonight I couldn’t even get a towel to dry my car. it’s mostly new people working there now and customer service is not something they care about. Going to try to cancel my membership tomorrow no idea how to do that but i will figure it out. I really hate to switch this one is so convenient but there are other choices. I have left a 5 star review for here in the past but no way I could give 5 stars now. They really need to do better.

This is the only car wash that I’ve used since I moved to the area over four years ago. I took it through the wash about 6 wks ago and about 1/3 of the way through I heard a little rumble sound and then I got an alert on my dash that said one of my tires had no air. I thought maybe a sensor got dislodged or something, but when I was able to inspect my car by the vacuum I realize that the tire stem had been sheared clean off. The employees here were utterly unhelpful with one suggesting that perhaps a jilted ex lover had done this. I know you can’t see my eyes rolling but I don’t have any exes in Florida, period. Keep in mind I had been running errands all morning. I had just come up eau gallie causeway, and if my tire stem had been sheared off, I’m pretty sure it would’ve been flat before I even got to the car wash.. Anyway the other employee took down my information, but crickets. Never heard from the owner. Luckily for me “Freddy” from the tire shop next door is serious about earning his money and once notified about the situation was at my side with a tire jack, pronto. He quickly took the tire off and replaced the stem. Cost me $25, bringing my car wash total to $33. Definitel
