Terrible experience. I paid for the most expensive package specifically because I wanted a detailed hand wash, expecting professional, high-quality service. Unfortunately, I had to inspect my car twice before they handed it back to me, and both times I had to point out areas that were still dirty. The worst part is that they didn’t even vacuum the interior properly. If I have to tell the staff what still needs to be cleaned after paying for their most complete package, then clearly the job is not being done properly. In the end, I had to leave with the car still dirty in several areas. For the price I paid, I expected much more professionalism, attention to detail, and, above all, not having to do the quality control myself. I definitely would not come back or recommend this car wash.

Absolutely the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I drove 25 minutes each way twice because they couldn’t do the job right the first time. They didn’t vacuum the interior at all, then had the nerve to tell me I needed a shampoo service when the car simply needed to be vacuumed. It honestly looked like they barely touched the inside of my car. What made it even worse was the staff. They couldn’t have cared less. When I asked why the rear cargo area behind the back seats hadn’t been vacuumed, the employee told me, “People don’t usually ask for that to be cleaned.” Why should I have to ask for part of my car to be vacuumed? That’s literally what I paid for. One employee refused to take any accountability and kept insisting the car was clean while I was literally pointing out the dirt that was still there. I even showed him a large dirt stain, and he insisted I needed a body shop. I got home, wiped it myself, and it came right off. Imagine telling a customer they need a body shop when all it took was a rag and a few seconds of effort. I came home and had to clean the entire car myself after paying over $100. What exactly did I pay for? Save yourself the time, money, and frustr

Somehow, my Car came out dirtier than when it went in. When I went to use the vacuums, the first one wouldn’t even work and I had to pull around to a different one. I would ask them to rewash it but I don’t think whatever product they use actually washes your car.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car washed. I dropped my car off at 9 AM, asked for an exterior and interior cleaning, and specifically mentioned that last time they left some parts dirty. The guy assured me they’d do a good job this time. I came back around 1 PM and the car was still dirty. I asked them to wash it again. Came back at 3 PM—still not done. Came back again around 4 or 5 PM and finally, they had washed it… but it was STILL dirty! I went inside and asked the receptionist to call the manager. Instead, she called the guy who washed my car. Was he actually the manager? No idea. But his words were: “We just put the car through the machine.” I said, “Okay, but if it’s still dirty after the machine, aren’t you supposed to use your hands to clean it?” He apologized and said he’d wash it for the third time. Finally, I returned around 6 PM and he was finishing up the car. I took photos as soon as I got home, and honestly, it looked disgusting. They didn’t even remove the trash inside. Windows were filthy, they didn’t lift the windshield wiper to clean under it, there were leaves and even dried dirt on

Ran into this place by luck today. My vehicle needed a wash really bad. The check in process was easy, the staff answered my questions about some tough dirty spots on my car and put me at ease that they would be able to get it out. The waiting area is nice, they have some snacks and drinks along with some car accessories for sale. The massage chairs were a big plus. They also have restrooms inside. Overall great experience. :)
