I had a positive experience at Auto Splish Splash. The staff was courteous, and the service was quick and efficient. My vehicle came out looking clean inside and out, with great attention to detail. The facility was well organized, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I appreciated the convenience and quality of the service, and I would gladly return for future car wash and maintenance needs.

Awesome service at a great price! We've been bringing our cars here for various services over the last 4 years. They always give great car washes, good service, and do quick car inspections. Last week on Monday, I had the pleasure of working with their Service Manager, who just went above and beyond, as did the rest of his team. He ensured everything I needed was taken care of, communicated everything upfront, saved me probably $1500 or more by not taking my car to the dealership, and even called me a driver to take me home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Excellent customer service, above and beyond! As I mentioned, they always do a great job, but this was truly exceptional. Thank you for being a "one-stop shop" for us and just right down the street. You certainly have customers for life in our family!

I stopped going here about 2 years ago. I would go for oil changes, car wash and inspections. Its very close to my home, but would bypass it because it was just a circus. I needed to get both cars inspected and an oil change for one of them. I Took the first one and got in line. Right off the bat I was impressed how fast they got to us to communicate what to expect time wise. They looked busy. Everything went great and I paid and and I was excited to go get the other vehicle. Came back and noticed how they had really cleared out the bays for the most part. We got the inspection, and oil change. When I went to pay, I met the manager, Phil. That was the person that greeted me on the first vehicle. And looking back he was on the floor (in the bays) most of the time I was there for the 2 vehicles. Leading. Setting the example. Being in operations most of my life I believe that is the most critical component for managers and their ability to make a difference. There is no doubt the employees follow the example. So great job and we will be coming back. Thank you

I’ve been paying for a monthly membership at this car wash for 7 YEARS, and this is how they treat loyal customers. Today around 8:10 AM, right after exiting the tunnel, I heard a clicking sound. I pulled over to the vacuum area and found a large nail stuck in my tire. Looking around, there were multiple nails on their property — clearly a hazard they don’t bother to clean up. I reported it to the on-site manager, who did nothing except hand me the owner’s number (Frank). When I called him, he was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and completely uninterested in listening. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern, he brushed me off and offered zero help. I even sent him photos and video proof showing nails in his car wash area — and he still refused to acknowledge it. This place clearly does not care about customer safety or loyalty. After 7 years of business, this is the level of disrespect you get. Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this place unless you’re okay risking damage to your car and being treated like it’s your problem.

I’m a member at Auto Splish Splash Car Wash on 423 in Frisco, and my last visit was really disappointing. I specifically went for a thorough interior clean after I dropped food between the center console and my seat. The employee told me the wash tiers are basically the same except for trim shine, so I went with the “Gold” wash for $35. Afterward, my car still smelled—no fragrance as promised. There was food still in the cracks, the truck wasn’t cleaned, no trash was thrown out, sticky spots, and dirt on the carpet, seats and door trim. I even had to go back myself with an air compressor and clean it—so much food blew out! The seats clearly weren’t vacuumed. When I raised these issues, the employee offered no solution, no fragrance, and no refund. I had to re-do the cleaning myself at their self-service area. Overall, it was terrible service for the price. I definitely expected better care, especially as a member. …. I appreciate the response. Since I’m a member and the service was done under my account, the location should already have my information on file. I’m open to discussing it further, but I don’t think it should be on the customer to track down the owner to resolve a s
