I recommend Express Zips Car Wash in Frisco, TX especially the first rate customer service with Hakim! I had a car accident so my vehicle which is registered to receive monthly washes is no longer driveable so when I shared this bad news with Hakim, he shared the good news that I can easily transfer the account to my son’s car. I am currently sharing his car which I wanted to wash it for the day. However when Hakim informed me that he can easily transfer the membership to my son’s car, he saved me money! He made the transfer in seconds so now I am able to drive a clean car. Thank you Hakim for the excellent service and for saving me money as well as sharing the news about additional benefits to save money!!

I had a great experience at Express Zips Car Wash, and I especially want to recognize Brandon. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain the membership options and why it was a better value, and he did it in a way that felt informative rather than pushy. I ended up purchasing a membership because of how well he explained it! I also noticed how hard Brandon was working. He has a great personality, clearly takes pride in what he does, and genuinely seems to care about providing a good experience for customers. I was surprised to find out that he is new because he carried himself like someone who had been there much longer. As someone who owns a business where we also sell memberships, I know how valuable a great employee can be. Brandon is exactly the kind of person any business would be lucky to have on their team. Express Zips should be very proud of him! Thank you, Brandon, for making what could have been just a routine car wash a really positive experience. Keep up the great work! And props to your manager (I didn’t get his name) for recognizing your hard work!

Fast easy! Definitely a car wash to go to when you need something good and fast. I usually was my car at home but I’ve been busy so I decided not to do that today 😭 I got the basic 12$ wash and it did a good just and Tip bring your own tire shine it’s 3$ at Walmart for the whole bottle 😏

Very disappointing experience at Disco Car Wash. I washed my vehicle twice it still looked dirty, with bugs and dirt clearly visible all over the car. I even offered to pay extra for the premium wash, but the employees told me it would still come out the same. Instead of helping, they handed me a spray bottle and told me to clean it myself. The customer service was uncomfortable and careless. Other car washes have cleaned my vehicle perfectly the first time, but this place showed no concern about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Love Zips! The memberships are an exceptional value. Nothing like driving a clean car 🧼 Al always takes care of me and runs the facility well! My only feedback would be to add compressed air hoses for detailing.
