DO NOT GO TO THEIR WEBSITE! It's a scam virus page that it directs you to. Service is shoddy, communication is challenging when trying to purchase a wash, even when you have a monthly package, you have to wait in line at the cashier desk to get a receipt that you then have to wait in line at the wash area to hand to the attendant. Vacuums have poor suction, often have dirty ends (be careful!). If you go anyways, ask them to show you the monthly plans. It's a confusing dry erase board with their wash plan codes and no details... It's pretty comical. I gave it a shot for a month because it's so close to home. I would have to be pretty desperate and short on time for a car wash to ever go back.

Very little soap being dispensed. No foaming. Just light bubbles and water. Staff is very detained in cleaning and work hard to get every nook they can find. They use to run BOGO special on the coupon books but the prices have double on the 8 coupon book and still no specials. I bought a foam cannon at Harbor Fright on sale and foaming soap at Walmart for the price of one car wash, so will be doing a DIY CAR WASH in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend! Dropped my truck at 1230 for the 140$ wash and wax and shampoo the seats. Took them almost 8 hours to do it There still shit all over my truck The only decent thing they did was the inside but granite everything was literally sopping wet in the inside. This place is junk

DO NOT GO HERE I have been going here for at least 8 years. I have always had a decent experience, but today is the day that they have lost my business. The way that management handles issues is unacceptable. I just purchased a new car a week ago, and decided to go here for my first car wash. After going through the tunnel, I got out to vacuum and realized that my license plates, frame, and bolts had been ripped off the back of my car. I went back around to the check-in kiosk to tell them about the issue and showed them pictures of my license plate. The manager looked very inconvenienced that he had to go look for it, which I understand, but he came back with SOMEONE ELSE’S LICENSE PLATE that apparently also got torn off. I told him that was not mine, and he went off to look for it again. He only came back with the license plate, but the bolts and frame were still missing. So I was very nice, said thank you for looking, and I drove off. I quickly drove back around and politely asked the attendant if I could get a refund, since my plate was torn off and I didn’t receive half of the parts I came there with. My truck was not overly dirty, just covered with pollen, no mud, a few bugs on bumper and windshield. While the car wash removed 75% of the pollen, it just smeared the other 25%. Not one bug splat was removed. Pathetic. I won't bother stopping here again. Back to Blue Wave for me.
