I had a terrible experience at this truck wash and would not recommend it to any truck driver. Before the wash, I confirmed the prices with the staff: $43 for the tractor wash and $43 for the trailer wash. One of the employees also offered an engine wash and an undercarriage wash for an extra $10 each, and I agreed. A couple of minutes after they started, they called me into the office and asked me to pay before they even finished washing my truck. By the time I came back outside, the wash bay doors were closed, and a few minutes later they told me the job was complete. I drove across the street to Love’s to grab a coffee before heading to my pickup. When I inspected my truck, I was shocked. The engine had clearly not been washed. The undercarriage had not been washed either. The inside of my trailer was still dirty, with dirt and debris left behind. It looked like they had simply sprayed a little water inside instead of actually pressure washing and cleaning it. They also failed to sanitize the trailer, which is an important part of a proper trailer wash. I took videos of everything and immediately called the business. Great work for cheap 88$ out door truck and trailer this not a show tryck was that cost 500$+ they dont do that this a come in from the woods dirty gets oil dirt shit off your rig

Came in for a Truck & Trailer Wash Out. The service was great. I wanna spotlight Kelly the GM at this location. He’s such a hard worker and his attention to details is immaculate. I watched him pay attention to detail while I was waiting in line. You can tell he’s loves his job and he has an eye for perfection. He does a great job managing his team and you can tell he is very well respected. Great Job Kelly keep up the great work

I'm here to get a trailer washout today and asked the guy if he could rinse off my windshield from the bugs. In the past Blue Beacon always rinsed your windshield off for you as a courtesy if you were getting another service. Today the manager decided to skip the 22nd process of rinsing off my windshields. Guess that shows how important my business is. Not

This crew did and out standing job on my Truck ,all seven of those young men worked very well and professional together. One of the very best blue beacon in the Southwest, They are right up there with the blue beacon of Walton, KY. THEY JUST ROCK....
