Joe Minter at Blue Compass RV in Tyler is the one to see when looking for a camper. He was very pleasant and helpful. Was able to answer all our questions. Bit, the main thing was he was not pushy and we felt no pressure to buy the day we went to look. There were no calls he sent all paper work by internet. We did go back the next day to buy. Camper is great. Thank you Joe!

Joe Minter at Blue Compass RV was an excellent salesman and truly went above and beyond to take care of my daughter throughout the entire purchasing process. Although there were some frustrating issues with the service and parts departments, Joe remained helpful, attentive, and committed to making sure we were taken care of. He consistently followed through, communicated with us, and did everything he could to make the experience as smooth as possible. We greatly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and I would absolutely recommend working with Joe.

Blue compass is extraordinary. Joe, our sales person, is an exceptional salesperson. He took a real interest in helping us find our perfect camper. He found it quickly. He was very professional, not a high pressure salesman. He took his time and was very understanding. I would recommend Joe and blue compass to anyone looking for a camper. Large selection, great service and good coffee. 5 stars !!!!

We had an amazing experience at Blue Compass RV in Tyler. Paul Smith was incredible from start to finish and handled our purchase with the attention and care it truly deserved. We were immediately greeted by the Sales Manager, Alex, as soon as we walked in. He took the time to understand our concerns and specific needs and ensured Paul was fully up to speed before assisting us. We had already been approved for purchase at another nearby RV dealership, but we wanted to be absolutely certain we were making a sound and informed decision. Paul patiently walked us through multiple RV units and took the time inside each one to thoroughly explain the features and functions. What stood out most was his ability to provide detailed build specifications and answer our questions with confidence and clarity. His knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our purchase. Their finance team was equally impressive.
