In 2025 my husband and I traveled to Camping World in Tyler, TX hoping to purchase a 2026 Jayco Alante Motor Home. When we stepped in the business, we noticed a hard rock song started playing shortly after with the "N" word in it. They pretended to be nice and we pretended that they weren't being racist. (I AM REPOSTING THIS SINCE THEY HAD IT REMOVED) They said they could order the motor home and have it delivered but didn't offer to do that. We left our phone number but of course, they did not call us back. On March 10, 2026 we purchased our $150,000.00 2026 Jayco Alante Motor Home at Camping World in Bossier City, Louisiana. They welcomed us with opened arms and gladly took our money. I will never go back to Tyler, TX again, why would I? After complaining to the Corporate Camping World, Tawny at the Tyler, TX location left me a message saying, "I heard that you came to our location and heard some inappropriate music." Is she serious? I think it was the people that played the inappropriate music OR did the music play it self right as a we began to speak with a salesperson whom by the way was more interested in our brand new GMC truck because his family owns a car dealership (so he

We had a confirmed appointment to drop off our camper as a consignment on Sunday between 1-2 pm. We drove 3 1/2 hours and spend over $100 of fuel one way for them to turn us away when we got to the dealership at 1:15pm. They said they no longer accept RVs on Sunday however we received the email on Friday and had zero communication stating this charge. The person we worked with, Thomas Fields, called and left a voicemail to call back. We called him back twice and left a message twice and he never returned our calls. One would think a piece of information that important would have been stated in the voicemail he left. We spoke to the sales manager, Jason, who was no help and quick to place blame on everyone else. This dealership has zero customer service skills and could truly benefit from some training. Since this mistake was on your dealership the service manager should have come in herself or had one of her employees come in and taken care of the customer. That’s how you do business and retain customers.

We purchased our RV from here. We were very pleased Preston for finding the perfect RV. Shane was extremely kind and helpful, Devin explained everything that we needed to know about our Rv inside and outside. Cameron was also very helpful also, Bradley and Cameron was helpful in ordering our a part we needed. Cameron is very knowledgeable. He helped us pick out our furniture. I loved everything about the Employees. were kind and considerate. We definitely will spread the word. Thank you guys💜

We shopped for a motor home that would serve four generations of family. All sales persons were very helpful, cordial, courteous, and listened to our needs. When we found what we decided would work for us everything was explained to us to guide us through the buying process. We did not finance; we paid in full. That was when we felt like we were no longer important to some of the staff. After delivering payment (and listening to various offers!) it seemed to us that there was no longer any interest in us. A very nice guide showed us where things were located inside and out. But then we were given rather poor directions; employees didn't seem to know what was gtoing on; we finally got the keys; there was no offer of practice driving. Fortunately my daughter is experienced at drivi ng even larger vehicles and drove us home. Imagine our shock and surprise when we discovered the license plates were not on the vehicle! Overall, we liked the experience, but the delivery process left much to be diesired.

Great job,went in shopping for RV,met with Curtis in sales,he did an outstanding job,showed me what they had,he asked questions about my needs,we decided on a unit.He did the quote on the unit,explained everything to me,made making a decision very simple!We agreed on the price and turned me over to the financing dept,those guys did awsome also,I got the required documents they needed and they made it a simple process,even found me a better financing deal than originally quoted,I cannot say enough good things about your store,everyone was helpful,friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend if someone is in need of any type of RV,you go to CampingWorld in Tyler Tx!
