I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I called ahead and asked if there was availability to wash my car today at 10:30 AM. I was told yes, so I arrived at the scheduled time. When I asked how long the service would take, I was told approximately one hour. I was there with my 6-month-old baby in a carrier, and unfortunately, there was nowhere to sit or wait comfortably. I spent the entire hour walking around with my baby and returned after the one-hour estimate, only to find that they had not even started working on my car. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I had been told there would be a significant wait, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was given an estimated time of one hour, waited patiently, and was then left waiting for nothing. This experience was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially given that I was there with a young baby. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and would advise others to avoid it.

Great experience with Blue Splash Car Wash and Roberto. Did a great job for a super reasonable price. Additionally, Roberto was very friendly and kind. Text ahead to make an appointment! Note, LOCATION CHANGE: New address is 3301 Exposition Blvd. Super close to last location, and similarly in a parking lot that will require that they let you in.

Roberto is awesome and I’m so glad I found him through a Google Search! He’s very accommodating with timing and does an amazing job. My exterior/interior wash and vacuum was excellent and near close to a detail! I’ve taken two cars to him so far and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend!

My car wash closed (thanks a lot, Ice), so I was searching for a new one, but nearly everyone had bad reviews. Then I found Roberto, and even though it’s a 15 min drive, I would drive 30 minutes to have him wash my car. His prices are cheaper than anywhere else, he’s really nice, and he and his co-worker do the best car wash I’ve ever paid for. They are incredibly hard workers who care about what they do. This is the kind of business you love supporting. My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. They work out of an office building parking lot on Exposition between Centinela and Stewart on Exposition. They moved several months ago, but Google Maps hasn’t updated their address for them. So give Roberto a call before you go, because it’s only the two of them and you want to make sure they aren’t working on another car (I had no problem getting in).

Roberto and his team did an outstanding job on my Lexus NX 350h and truly exceeded my expectations. There was a strip of paint-protection film (PPF) I wanted removed. I only briefly mentioned it to Roberto, and to my complete surprise he had taken care of it before I returned to pick up the car! Not only was the PPF removed, but the paint underneath was carefully buffed and restored to a beautiful finish. When I picked up the car, the entire vehicle was gleaming. The level of attention to detail was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I will definitely be returning to Roberto for future washes and detailing. Highly recommended.
