We love this place. By hand they washed & vacuumed our car even though we arrived as they were closing. It meant a lot to us as our car was very dirty outside & in. Even though they must have wanted to go home at the end of the day, they still took their time & did a very thorough job. We will be back!

I had a very disappointing experience at Quick Wash Santa Monica LLC today. I came in for a basic car wash and was upsold by the manager, Goger, to a $129.99 leather detailing service. He specifically told me my seats were dirty and that the detailing would clean and restore the leather. I paid for the service before it was done. When my car was returned to me, I immediately noticed a large black stain on the driver’s seat that was never there before. The stain was wet to the touch, which clearly indicated it had just occurred during the cleaning process. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he denied responsibility and insisted the stain was already there, which is completely untrue. I told him I had photos of the interior of my car showing the seat before the service, but he dismissed me and walked away instead of trying to resolve the problem. It is extremely frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle and have them damage your property and refuse accountability. I paid nearly $130 expecting professional care, and instead my leather seat was left with a visible stain and no solution offered. I will be pursuing this matter further because businesses should stan

This was my first time at this car wash. They did a great job on my car. It was so dirty but when they finished washing it it looked beautiful. Glad I tried this car wash.

So disappointed, used to come here regularly and always had a good experience until my last. The wash damaged my rims during service on their track and when I noticed it and brought the car back I spoke with two managers who refused to take any responsibility or offer any compromise. I pointed out how the damage was on the side of their wash track and that it looks like it was attempted to be covered up to blend in so it wouldn't be as noticeable. I never heard back from the owner on this and unfortunately won't be bringing my vehicles back here anymore.
