The app stopped working, it's needed to have a wash. Hence the prepaid money is lost.

Been having issues with the app. Bought the monthly service on 14 Apr 2026. App stopped working 16 Apr 2026. If it does get fixed I’m gonna file a dispute with my bank and cancel the service. Today is the 17 Apr 2026 and the app is still having issues. I’ve updated my IPhone. Deleted the app multiple times. Restarted my phone. Nothing is working. I’m documenting everything and let’s see if the app starts working. But I doubt they care about their business. Edit. Today is Saturday 18 April 2026. App still isn’t working. 3 days straight haven’t been able to use the monthly service I paid for. Definitely using images and video I’m about to post to get my money back and cancel this service. 1 out of 5 stars. Final edit. Today is Monday 20 Apr 2026. App is finally working. Didn’t work from Thursday 16 Apr 2026 thru 19 Apr 2026. Let’s see if I get 4 days back. But I’m gonna cancel the service after this month and look for a different car wash service. 1 out of 5 stars. For a fully automated effortless easy touchless car wash this is pretty solid. It’s not perfect, but it’ll clear all the standard dust accumulation right off.

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my car here expecting a proper wash, and honestly it came out looking worse than before. Instead of being clean, my car now has weird streaks, water marks, and soap residue all over the sides. The paint looks dull, and there are visible dirty lines running down the doors as if nobody even bothered to rinse it properly. I paid money for this service and feel like I wasted both my time and cash. It’s embarrassing to drive around after this so-called “wash” — the car literally looks dirtier now than when I pulled in. This is unacceptable for any business that claims to be a car wash. If you value your vehicle, do not come here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually know how to wash a car. One star only because there is no option for zero.

Ridiculous Huge Metal pins with not rubber protection to ensure you accidentally scratch your car going for a simple wash. Car still dirty after with water marks. Waste of money
